Very pleased with the level of attention I received on my first visit to this location. I was a walk in looking for a product that I received on a previous visit at another location, and to also set an appointment for a cleaning. They were very helpful.

While they had me wait a long while to see the dentist on my first visit service was very pleasant. All staff was polite and professional they explain everything clearly and most importantly didn't charge me an arm and a leg like other dentist in the past have done when trying to up sell me on all the work that is needed to save my teeth and gum. I would definitely recommend to the point now this is where I am taking my mom to as well. The Loganville office as a great team

I was very happy with the visits I had at the Loganville office. The dentist was very kind, competent, and efficient. I had been dealing with a bad infection for almost a year and spent hundreds of dollars and consultation after consultation at various dental offices in Lawrenceville and Loganville and kept having to make more and more appointments with no resolve. At the aspen office Dr. Harvey me in and out in two appointments after months and months of pain and anxiety I finally could eat with comfort. He was very patient and kind during my procedure and made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. I really appreciate his work and him as a doctor.

I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone who needs Dental work, the logonville location was Awsome experience for me. The staff was amazing the service was Great!! I want them to do and complete all my dental work. I never felt so good. They are the BEST!!!

I had a confirmed appointment but had to wait two hours before being seen since the "Call Center" supposedly did not relay the information. I confirmed "C" via text message and spoke with someone at the number provided. Then I was taken to the back and sat in the chair, only to be taken back to the front to speak with the Office Manager about payment. The workflow was NOT smooth. The staff members were polite but this visit was not pleasant. Then I had to wait to see the dentist and felt rushed. Hopefully, I do not have to return there.

My first time here and I can say it was a great experience. Staff is friendly. Abigail if that's her name I'm not good with names. She is so professional she have time and patience. And she check on you and explain why things taking so long. Over all it was a good experience even if there was bad that one employee would have change it all. Continue the good work.

Unfortunately, we have had so many bad experiences here. I brought my kids in for appointments today. Both of their appointments had been rescheduled THREE times by the office before we were finally able to bring them in. At today's appointment we sat in the exam room for over forty-five minutes after the hygenist had cleaned my son's teeth before the dentist came in to see us. We ended up being there for over 2 hours for a simple cleaning, and they didn't even end up doing the sealants they were planning to do. We will have to come back another time and pay for another visit to get them done. From insurance issues to lost paperwork to repeatedly rescheduled appointments, every experience we have ever had with Aspen has been extremely frustrating!! I would definitely not recommend it.

I would not recommend setting foot in this place. I Initially came in to see about getting a tooth extracted on quick notice and they were the only place open on Saturdays. It was going to be $900 to get a tooth yanked out, I refused (was met with rudeness and literally told good luck finding a better price) and went to my regular dentist and had it done for like $100. 6 months later I get a bill for nearly $200 for freaking x-rays with 2 days left to pay it.

For as much as they charge you would think that they could do a lot better job of scheduling appointments been sitting here for over 1:15 minutes and still waiting

Very pleasant staff. Took us in on time but took some time to see the dr. Then all he did was confirm her x rays Show some bone loss (she's 86 years old). Then we sat in an office where they gave us pricing and scheduled her first appointment for actually getting dentures. I'm annoyed they couldn't have done that the same day. I had already told them she has no teeth and needed replacement dentures since she's lost hers when I scheduled the appointment. I'll continue to update my review as the process goes on.

The best Dental Care!!!! This was the best experience ever. My wisdom tooth was hurting for sometime now and I went there today did a full exam and then we decided to take it out. I love it here. The staff is amazing. Thank you

Scheduling online is super simple with lot's of availability. Everyone was extremely nice and thorough in explanations. However, in the billing process, they added an expensive toothbrush without my knowledge. I had to specifically request price breakdowns to see why my cost was not what I expected. I recommend asking for cost breakdown before paying; they were great once I made that request.
