I woke up with severe tooth pain on a Saturday morning. I was afraid no one would see me until the following week. I googled emergency dental service and ASPEN popped up. I called and was in the office and being seen by a dentist with 1.5 hours. The service I received (Lockport office) was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything was explained about a future required procedure, from what it entailed from a technical perspective and cost perspective. Every question was answered. Today is Monday and I am pain free. I am extremely pleased with my experience.

When you truely have a emergency or a real issue they are not there for you as a customer. Over the weekend I had a dental emergency and called the after hours hotline, I had to call 4x just for them to never to follow up with me, on Monday I got thru to someone at the office and they tried to schedule me the following day at 6pm, as though I hadn't been trying to get help for the past 72hrs, once I advise the manager of the issue, she schedule me that same day at 11am. Once I got there, the dentist I saw was very non considerate & you could tell I was just another number to them. They over prescribe antibiotics, not knowing the true issue. I advise her I've been using natural method to get down the swelling that's been working (antibiotic cause other issues, that would've made my situation worst) & I needed the cause of the issue. She then advised me she couldn't help & I just had to take the medication, she was very dismissive and didn't listen to try and find other options. I left feeling like I didn't matter and like they just wanted the $. I didn't get the antibiotics and I instead used my natural methods and the swelling went down in less then 24hrs. Needless to say that's visit was pointless & just a money grab for them but, it did open my eyes to how they truely treat people in a moment of crisis . I've been going to this location for annual check ups for over two years and I do not recommend.

With everything going on with the world, I was able to get in day of. It's probably been 30 years since my last visit The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and explained everything going on.

I went here to get a dental implant.. it's still NOT finish. I haven't had an appointment since before March 2021. They don't have anyone to finish it! Cost me over $2000. This place really is a scam!!!

I had a couple of teeth pulled today. The staff was wonderful! They were really concerned about my pain level and very courteous and I would highly recommend them!!!

I don't ever write reviews but this place has some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff ever. I was so scared coming in and the staff instantly eased my anxiety. Every single person was incredible, but Madison specifically was so sweet and empathetic. She's incredible at her job and assured me that I was in great hands. The situation I was going through was very difficult to talk about but Madison made me feel so comfortable. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Very clean office overall. Office staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Very open about treatment and plan of care. They streamline the whole process.

Every one of the employees was so welcoming and friendly! I have had some anxiety about my cavities and they were able to get me into an appointment very soon! Another dentist office I tried to go to had more than a year wait and now I'm able to get them filled in three weeks. Thank you girls so much.

So I called my Location of where I get my teeth serviced which is which is on Niagara Falls boulevard Aspen then they directed Me Too! Call the Lockport branch office To get some emergency work done they set the appointment I pulled up at 8 o'clock gave them my insurance card they took one look at it came back out and told me I'm sorry sir but your insurance is not covered it's out of network which was a lie I called 4 other aspens and they take that insurance I don't know if it was because I'm black or because they just didn't want to service me But I drove 30 minutes there for them to look at me not even run my card to drive another 30 min home angry

I came in with pain in my tooth and I left with pain in my tooth! They did absolutely nothing for me except take xrays and show me other problems that I had. I told her my pain was from my lower partial being worn out. All I needed was a small repair to my worn out lower denture which I did myself. It was irritating my gum. They shot me a price of 5000$ for all this other work that I didn't want right now!
