I've jumped around to a few different dental offices over the years, I can finally say I found my go to place. From the cleanliness of the office all the way to the staff. They take pride in their work and make sure you fully understand everything. Michelle whom is the hygienist does fantastic work!

Try to rob me I have insurance and was trying to get a deep cleaning and they wanted 900 dollars Farrell dental charge me 163 insurance paid 80% so I believe you need to watch yourself if going to Aspen we would go to jail if we did what there doing so sad

I came in today for a severe toothache after years of depression and anxiety had taken its toll on my teeth. Everyone I met at this office was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful without making me feel judged or even as anxious as I normally am in this type of situation. They even rushed to get me in to see the oral surgeon despite it being extremely last minute. I'm so thankful for how well they took care of me and how kind they all were.

I had a great visit with Aspen Dental! I came in for a cleaning & X-rays. Office is very clean and smells nice. The front desk staff & dental assistants are extremely nice. Dr. Patel was very helpful in the way that she explained my care plan & even had to clean my teeth since there was not a dental hygienist. Kim was also very sweet and very detailed in explaining costs and insurance to me. My teeth feel squeaky clean and looking forward to working with Dr. Patel in the future!

I NEVER thought I'd say this about a dentist, but I LOVE Aspen Dental! Every time I visit, all I receive is genuine care and pain prevention! I have awful teeth and an Auto Immune disease and have take. Opioids for years, making me super difficult to numb. Extra Care was taken today, from Check-in to x-Rays and cleaning to Root Canals! Aspen Lockport, IL Hygienist, Michelle and dentist, Dr Patel, were both truly concerned about my oral health as well as keeping me comfortable! Care Credit definitely also helped immensely with 0% for 18 months! Yup! I'm Truly a Loyal Patient! Thanks again!

Beautiful office, high-tech equipment, super friendly staff, wonderful dentist, Dr. Patel! And this was from my first visit!!! I am so excited to get working on my teeth, which is long overdue. They tell you upfront what needs to be done and even give you the cost of everything on the SAME day. Best of all, it's one-stop shop for me, as they have an oral surgeon who comes to the office monthly. Thank you Aspen Dental!

What a terrible experience and horrible results. I was permanently scarred on my gum line. When addressing my concerns and having a zero balance due, I then received bills so they could avoid living up to what they promote to do for clients.

Made an appointment as an emergency due to a tooth needed to be pulled. They had an available appointment for emergency. I get to the appointment and was told they couldn't pull my tooth but could see me. What is the point of an emergency appointment and if a procedure is needed you can't do it. This is definitely a new customer deterrent. I was looking for the tooth to be pulled and to have a implant done in its place. Those services are not cheap by far. But based on the amount of apathy from the Denist I wouldn't recommend visiting Aspen dental nor spending your time trying to schedule an emergency appointment as you can be seen but your issue may not be resolved that day. They may want to rethink how they are providing emergency services and just provide or forecast that they may have to do a procedure. Sounds like poor planning and also money grabbing for initial appointment fees! If a dentist does this RUN

I'm someone who never ever writes reviews. But I feel my experience deserves one. Although staff was kind--my issue did not only NOT get resolved, it got worse. I walked in with an intense, unbearable toothache. X-rays were done and exam was performed. It was concluded that I need one, possibly 2 root canals (which understandably cannot be done same day). Upon completion of my exam, I asked on what to do with the pain until I can be seen for the root canal--as I've already been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen around the clock at maximum doses. I was instructed to not eat or drink anything cold or hot and not to eat crunchy foods. I asked the dentist for some other medication for the pain or even an antibiotic to help with the infection. I was denied both. My visit was yesterday and today my pain is throbbing, unbearable. I have called countless emergency dentists to be seen immediately--earliest I can be seen is tomorrow morning. I am also a primary care provider and I cannot imagine letting my patient walk out of my office without providing any form of pain relief. Now I am stuck all night with INTENSE pain, an infection for which I have no antibiotics for, and misery. I feel providers should listen to their patients concerns and address them accordingly. The exam and x-ray was only 19$ which I appreciate, however, I would much rather have paid more money to receive proper treatment. My experience was disappointing to say the least. I will not be returning to this facility for any treatment, nor would I recommend it to any family or friends.

Great experience at the Lockport location! Ashley who did my x-rays was nice and explained everything. Dr. Patel was great and went over everything that needed to be done, Very nice doctor. I felt comfortable there!
