ZERO STARS!! My Invisalign journey started 11/2020 and has been awful! I paid over $3,000 of my money, not insurance for them. I needed refinement trays after my trays were done. As of today, I still do no have them. I've constantly been told I'll get a call back or the situation will be resolved and it has not. I went in April of 2022 to get another scan, had to pay $300 for a cleaning that was said to be needed before I could get the scan. Waited for the trays and was constantly told it's shipping and in June 2022, i was told the scans did not take and I have to come back in. This location is close to an hour away from where I live!!! I asked to be transferred to the Woodhaven location. I was told by Ashley i was transferred. I just spoke with Woodhaven and I am not. I have made several calls to this location and Invisalign requesting a refund and was told no. But I living day to day with brackets on my teeth and no refinement trays. The money I spent was not worth it. The ball was dropped several times and I am out of money and straight teeth. I am BEYOND upset. My money is long gone and no one has the decency to reimburse me for mishaps that are not my fault. The lack of customer service and accountability is ridiculous. They have my money and I have crooked teeth that continues to shift due to my treatment not being completed. I would say it's laughable but it's not. I have no words besides being utterly disgusted with my experience.

This review is for canton location. I do not even want to give one star. I called to scheduled the appointment for root canal. I called them clearly that i am not a new patient and i have a root canal referral i just need to schedule the appointment for root canal. They scheduled me as a new patient. They called me to confirm the appointment a day before and i told her the same thing then she said that then i have to reschedule to any other day. After rescheduling when i get in the office they told me that i have to see primary dentist first and after that they said oh we already have your referral you just need to schedule for root canal. I said thats what i was telling you since day one. Then they charged me $92 for nothing because they misunderstood thats their problem and when i schedule root canal then i will have to pay again for xrays.

It's a great place to go for any dental issues you may have. They are very friendly and they care about their patients. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of a dentist. They also have affordable payment plans if you don't have dental insurance. Everyone that works here is awesome!!!

I've never been able to afford getting my teeth fixed. Aspen helped me get financing to get a new smile. I can't wait to see the results. Very friendly professional staff.

Livonia office is the worst place ever!!!! I was there one time and they told me that my husband insurance don't cover me which is not true!!!! My husband called the insurance and everything should be ok but I guess dental office have no idea what they are doing! I called few times the office and they told me that someone is going to call me back and they NEVER did!

I love this location. I moved and am going to have to change an that makes me sad. Rachel is the absolute BEST!!!! Also, the ladies at the front desk are awesome as well, very professional. I have never had a bad experience with this location and I've been going to them for about 6 months

Service is wrost , they booked my appointment also left confirmation massage then when i show up they say there is no appointment for today , this is ridiculous i drove 40 mins for this drama ..wont recommend this place

Got to appointment and got the x-rays done and was put in a dentist chair for hours while several people passed by looking in and continued walking .I waited a while longer and got up and left the receptionist asked me on the way out if I was coming back I asked her for what to continue to wait more.

Fantastic ! They located the problem and Fixed it the same day.. Teeth Cleaning and Extraction.. Plus, How to pay for it with a plan I can Afford.....Great Place !!!
