Zero stars!!! I tried to get assisted with my Invisalign refinement at this location. I am from Michigan, but was visiting to tend to my sick grandfather. Before leaving to Arkansas, I was advised by both the Livonia MI location and this location that I will be able to complete my refinement here. I get there in May and was told they don't know why I am there! They claimed my case was not transferred and they will not be able to help. I was advised to leave. I left and immediately called the Livonia location. They stated they will reach out and sort out the issue because they did transfer for it. I had two to three appointments there with no resolution or even being seen by a dentist! I kept being routed to the Livonia location saying they never sent my file and case. After a month or two of back and forth, I had an appointment set up. I get to the appointment and was under the impression I would getting scans for my trays. I ended up paying for a cleaning and being told that, they do not have a dentist so they will not be able to assist with my trays. I was beyond shocked and upset. By this time it's July and my last tray is disgusting! Needless to say I threw it out, as the cleaning solution did not work anymore and they are months old and trays are only used for a week. That tray was overly used as I needed new ones!!! I was constantly told they are unable to help me without a dentist and the person who mentioned I could transfer is no longer with the company and I need to go back to Michigan. Flights between Michigan and Arkansas are $400-$600 and a 12 hour drive. Had I not been given the wrong information, things could have been different. It is now 11/2022 and I still do not have trays due to the lack of accountability and regards of both Aspen dental locations. I started my Invisalign journey 11/2020!!! This location had poor customer service and did not resolve any issue that was brung to their attention. They played the blame game! Would not recommend them.

Aspen Dental has a family setting office. I felt welcome with my first visit. I even invited my neighbor to make an appointment with them.The staff was friendly while assisting me.

I would not recommend this place. I initially went in to see if I could get a filling on a tooth that was sensitive. They gave me a treatment plan that consisted of getting a crown. Went to appointment for crown and the dentist said I needed a root canal and crown. That was never mentioned in treatment plan of having the root canal. They did the root canal and put a temporary crown over the tooth. Went back to have the crown prep only to be told they didn't have the right equipment. I called them several times to make an appointment but they were experiencing dentist shortage so I went to the little rock location to be told that I didn't need a crown and that the tooth needed to be extracted and have a bridge done. Not only have I still not got the work done but I have paid expenses on something that wasn't even needed in the first place. I have waited 8 months to have this done and is still not done. Very disappointed! I want to be reimbursed or compensated for all the unnecessary costs and malpractice issues that have went on.

I called weeks ago and scheduled an appointment on a Saturday for a routine cleaning as a new client. Today I went to my appointment and the front desk person seemed confused about everything and couldn't answer most of my questions without going in the back and asking someone else. Finally, I was told 1) they don't do cleaning appointments on Saturdays, and 2) they don't do cleanings for new clients, you have to have an initial appointment first... I waited weeks for a dentist appointment to be told this? Their response was "sorry, the call center does things differently than we do". AND on top of that, they told me I would have to pay out of pocket since they couldn't verify my insurance on a weekend - why wasn't I told this before the appointment? Why do they even take new clients on weekends if they expect them to pay out of pocket? Extremely lazy business practices, and now I have to wait weeks for another appointment at another dentists office (who will actually just give me a cleaning without 2 separate appointments).

All i have to say is that ASPEN DENTAL rocks the team over their is amazing. I'm going to say this when it comes down to the dentist I'm afraid. But ASPEN DENTAL shows so much compassionate, positive attitude, caring & shows every one ASPEN DENTAL #1

I had a great experience. The staff was helpful friendly and professional. They got me approved for a dental credit card so my out of pocket expenses were manageable. The dentist did a great job I usually don't give reviews but i have no dental insurance and I was miserable with broken teeth and infection. Aspen dental took care of me. Very thankful. Highly recommend the branch in Searcy Arkansas

Not have any good experiences for after 2 years! They have done several fillings and 2 crowns to me. After the first crown I got the second one in 6 months. The first one got started pain and feel the sensitivity while they are working on the second one. I talked them and they said it's normal up to 6 months. After 6 months I went back to clinic. They said I need to get treatment, root canal and than re-crown them.They said they can not fix it and I need to see another clinic because they do not have sources and experience about these. They got NO responsibility at all. I tried to contact with the customer service several times but no answer! Totally disappointed after all the expenses, time and pain! I strongly DO NOT recommend this clinic.
