My Aspen experience was a professional one. From X-rays to billing, all went well. Dr. Sood was courteous and answered all my questions. She is well educated and precise. Brandon is, as always, kind and friendly. Overall, the entire team is dynamic and positive. I will continue to bring my work to these great folks. I thank you very much.

I went to Aspen for a bandaid solution and they went above and beyond with a true treatment plan. For over a year, I have visited this office and their team and never in my entire life have I ever received such genuine and supportive care when it came to the health of my mouth and teeth. They were committed and professional every step of the way, from being receptive to my pain or sympathetic to my healing and not once did I regret continuing to seek treatment from this location specifically. The entire office is fantastic. Rachael, Nicole, Nichole, Christian, Maryanne, Dr. Sood, Dr. Chandi, Dr. Korban - and countless others - truly made this potentially harrowing experience something positive and downright magical. I would not have come out of this experience without their care - from the receptionists to the assistants and amazing techs to the doctors. They are all fabulous. If you find yourself needing extensive care for the health of your teeth, do not hesitate to seek this team out. They are an amazing group of phenomenal people and I am forever thankful for what they have done. Thank you, team Lisbon.

I can not even explain how every person that helped me at Aspen Dental in Lisbon CT Everything about the experience was totally positive. After many years of dealing with constant dental pain they had a plan that was affordable. Everything they promised came true. After having 8 teeth pulled and my new dentures put in I feel like a new person. I would just like to tell people that have been putting off making a choice about your teeth just like me. I am 59 years old and am so happy. Your staff is incredible! A future patient for life! Thanks again. Martha Cofone

I enjoyed my visit today for a cleaning. A blood pressure check was also done and the new cancer screening. The cancer test was negative; isn't negative bad. Oh well, better luck next time.

I'm going to be totally honest, I only tried Aspen Dental as a last resort because I was so desperate to have an badly abscessed tooth pulled. Every other place I called couldn't even get me in for a consult until December (it's the first week of August...) so I just drove there and walked in. I was SO IMPRESSED. The whole team, from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist, was wonderful. They had just had a cancellation so they saw me immediately. When the dentist saw the abscess she said she was going to extract the tooth right then and there. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, compassionate and explained things clearly. In under an hour they had it all done. I am grateful to have found them and I'll definitely be back.

Friendly crew! No pain, they know what they are doing in Lisbon! I had a cleaning yesterday and it was actually a nice experience! Looking forward to having it done every six months.

Had a semi emergency being from out of state. Saw me the same day. Staff all professional and polite. I did not have dental insurance and the cemented my temporary crown and also took an x-ray and did not charge me. I highly recommend Lisbon Aspen Dental.

When I went to aspen dental, I had had two bad experiences with other offices getting ready to get dentures, I had been almost 2 years with no teeth so fitting me for dentures and making them work has been a process, everyone at the lisbon office has been wonderful making things easier and as painless as possible, special thanks to Nicole for putting up with me and all my issues throughout the process. It feels good to look human again thank you again

I was treated with such great respect and empathy. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and informative. They listened to me and provided me with a plan to help me out. This was not a scheduled visit, it was more like an urgent visit, because of some pain I was experiencing. I was a patient at another Aspen office; however, this office had the time to fit me in quickly. They assessed situation and made sure I was comfortable with the outcome. The staff from check in to check out, xray, office manager and doctor were all great people. If you are thinking about choosing a dentist, this is the office you want to select. Top Notch. Their slogan is: Smiles are contagious, and you will see plenty of them there.

Great experience the staff is very friendly and it's a very relaxed atmosphere, the Glastonbury Aspen is wonderful I finally found my Dentist!!! Highly recommend plus you can watch tv in your dental chair in-between the cleaning and the Dentist Great Place

Really wanted to like this Aspen dental and I understand places are understaffed so I was patient, but my experience was a mess. When I called I expressed I needed to get my cleaning done asap for insurance, they said after the x-ray/check up appointment they can get me in quickly for a cleaning and not to worry. First, I made my appointment for 3pm on the phone, received a confirmation email for 3, and they called to confirm 3pm two days before. Get an email at 9 am, which as a teacher I didn't see until 2:30...saying it's at 3:30 all of the sudden. Okay, not ideal but fine. Second, the dentist says they think they can fit me in for a cleaning today. I sit down with, Rachel maybe?, to schedule other things as well. I did not want to schedule my wisdom teeth at that time and let her know (was going to later on, but wanted to research), then all the sudden can't do my cleaning till end of JUNE! She was pleasant at first and then condescending/rude. A huge waste of my time, definitely think twice.

Went to the office, they didn't honor my guarantee, a small filling fell out,which they had put in and wanted to give me a $1700.00 crown instead, I'm on a fixed income, and yes I have insurance. But the doctor and staff were rude as well.

I was told that I was coming to the office to have a regular check up. Once I was there I was being sold on having a deep cleaning which I said that I did not want. I was then lectured by the office manager and the dentist about the need to have one. Let's be clear here I have never had an issue with my teeth. Every hygienist that has ever cleaned my teeth has said the same thing there is no tartar to remove. I am always the quickest and easiest cleaning of the day. When I stated that I did not want to have the deep cleaning route scaling procedure done and I only wanted a regular cleaning I was told that I did not have a choice. If I did not proceed with the deep cleaning they would refuse treatment. I said so you're telling me I don't have a choice for my own medical path. I am not allowed to choose what I want for treatment. I was told no I was not. I will never go back.
