Exceptional staff, welcoming, and friendly. Janet has taken amazing care of me in an emergency situation, and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Salem is very professional and went out of his way to help me. Highly recommend

Unprofessional. The dentist didn't even look at my mouth after the hygienist made a determination. He kept interrupting her throughout her "evaluation" of me and she even made a comment about him interrupting as he walked out. The poor girl trying to learn how to take phone calls was talked down to like she was a child by the scheduler and it was just a very rude atmosphere. I will not be going back and I'll be getting a second opinion. I have never left a dentist office in tears before but today was a first

Three months ago I gave a great review on the office but since last week I've had my doubts- I called last week asking for a return call because I have a question and I never received a call back so I decided yesterday 9/12/2022 to stop into the office and ask the question but I was told by the receptionist that the manager was in a meeting and that when she was finished she would find out the answer to my question and that she would call me in the next 30 minutes. Well, 2.5 hrs had passed and I never received a call and I called the office and I left 2 messages to please return my call and to no avail. I'm not sure what's happened in the front but it's not up to standard. I had a substantial amount of work done 3 months ago and paid a lot of money out of pocket and I planned on going to finish the work on my mouth but I'm kind of having second thoughts. If anyone would like to contact me about this situation I'd be happy to speak to someone. Thank you!

No work done yet but my first visit seems to have went very well. Wendy was super helpful in explaining everything from my options on the dental work to my options on the payment plan.

This review is for my mother and sister as recent as August 16th 2022. "Someone doesn't know what they re doing when it comes to verifying insurance. I shouldn't have to provide you my insurance card 3 times (twice via email and once in person the physical card) either hire someone who knows what they are doing or just say you don't want me as a patient. I shouldn't be forced to pay a price for something when I have dental insurance. How dare you try to tell me my child isnt covered and then try to run service under medical insurance when she has dental insurance. Please train your staff properly."
