First time to use a "chain" dental facility. Was not prepared for an almost 3 hour experience. I felt I did a lot of waiting, but maybe that goes with establishing as a new patient? Hoping future visits are more efficient and considerate of my time.

Please don't go to lima Aspen dental the worst place ever. Very unprofessional. Put on hold until the phone hangs up never returns calls. I was in so much pain and they wouldn't help me. It's been 6 weeks now and still have pain.

Went there on an emergency need basis. I needed 3 teeth extracted was they could do it. Well they didn't and said I needed to see an oral surgeon but only theirs. I've never seen an oral surgeon to have teeth extracted. Not only did they not pull my teeth like they said they would I left that office with a payment plan that's out of this world and to mention I'm still in pain! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemies life on this place!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! It had a family type atmosphere that is often lacking in places like these. They got me to smile and laugh despite being in pain due to a toothache.

I was in desperate need to see a dentist. I called all around and couldn't get in anywhere!!!! I got a tip from a friend who said call Aspen dental in Lima Ohio they take walk-in patients. Aspen dental associates are awesome!!!! I got right in. And with there state of the art equipment we were able to get rite to the root of the problem. They treated me with kindness and professionalism. Aspen dental has reasonable rates and will work with you on the payment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental assistance

Today Sept.20th 2022 . Was My second visit with Aspen Dental . Was nervous starting with new dental office . My experience was 5 star from my first initial visit and my visit today . The receptionist was very professional and kind ! Then I was taken back for the best cleaning I have experienced. Lakeland put my nerves at ease instantly. She answered all my questions. She did a very good service . She was very thorough and I felt as if I was right where I was supposed to be . I had had some problems with my gums and she explained what was going on . And how we would take of the problem. Was in and out in an hour ! Also met dentist at first visit . She was kind and professional. I think I will be very content at Aspen Dental on Elida Rd . In Lima Ohio ? Thank u to the staff !! Penny

A very clean and friendly place! This was my first appointment and consultation. They seemed a little behind and overworked, but still took the time to make you feel important to them and were very thorough. They made sure you understand all your costs and options. I enjoyed each and every personal interaction I had there!! I feel completely comfortable continuing my care at Aspen Dental

Very nice experience. The price is really high for dentures with 4 implants. But they did work with me and offered me a payment plan. But the interest is high. But I need teeth. Friendly, knowledgeable people.

What a waste of my time, I drove an hour because they were the only dental service with the closest appointment available time wise which I booked 3 weeks in advance. I get there and I get the good old "doctor is behind on some work and need some catching up to do, we are going to have to reschedule". Maybe if the doctor is busy please call me before hand and cancel my appointment. Wasted 2hrs of my life which I will never got back.

I wasn't seen until 2 & 1/2 hours after my scheduled time. I think you may be biting off a little more than you can chew to make appointments. But once the service began, the doctor and staff were extremely professional, courteous and just downright fun to deal with! I'll re-rate my stars dependent upon timeliness on my next scheduled appointment. Thanks!
