As very anxious and self-conscious neurodivergent adult, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the friendly and informative staff. They talked me through every step of the way and were very gracious with my limitations. However, I was blindsided when at the end I was expected to pay 60% of the total amount of all the work (every possible visit) upfront before scheduling at least a cleaning. This is apparently standard practice, but was nonetheless distressing. Fortunately, we were able to adjust the plan to focus on the immediate work so moving forward would be more affordable. Specifically though, I want to commend the x-ray tech Miasia (sorry for likely butchering your name) she was so helpful and clear & didn't make me feel bad for being difficult. I wish more people were as kind and accommodating as she was.

it was the worst unprofessional experience I've ever dealt with besides the Aspen dental on Kingston Pike in Knoxville Tennessee Aspen dental in Aiken South Carolina had no clue of what they were doing with dentures and after 2 months of running back and forth they tried to get me to where I'm out of the store so they can collect the insurance but they didn't fit and I told them that it was it was so loose I couldn't I couldn't talk with him even and about 2 months before said that if I wasn't happy with their work that I could get my money back and that day the day that they wanted me to wear the dentures out he made the same offer if you don't like to work we'll let you have your money back well I agree I got a lot more walks out but they have no idea on how to make dentures because now I'm going to a professional dentist and they are doing my dentures completely different than what Aspen was doing I wouldn't recommend asking to do anything I wouldn't have them pull the truth they wouldn't it wasn't it's just that it was wrong it was just so wrong horrible experience but I've never been around so-called professionals that didn't know their profession so I would not recommend Aspen dental in any state or city at all thank you and nobody go to Aspen unless it's Colorado happy skin

Amazing staff! Dentists are often known for being scary but aspen dental was honestly amazing They were so kind and helpful and eased every worry I had! Not only that, but their price for getting all of my teeth fixed was less than getting a single tooth fixed elsewhere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!!

I was rushed. They scheduled me to come in because I had a very bad pain in my left lower jaw. The said my wisdom tooth needed to come out so next day they pulled it. Problem is the pulled the wisdom but that not the one that was infected it's the one before the wisdom tooth so no in even more pain still have infected tooth plus a pulled tooth pain. Read reviews and don't not go here.

Can't ever reach on phone. Was an emergency visit but no pain relief. Took 2hours to do nothing for pain. Didn't call in rx like said they would. Nice staff but unorganized.

I still had to wait about two hours for a procedure that was only suppose to take about an half an hour but he told me that today was a really busy day for him. I saw two patient come and leave even though they didn't have an appointment but I kept quite. When I make a appointment it's not my fault that he over booked or people that come in without an appointment get seen first. He somewhat did do what I came in for but I still can't eat very good and I know I need the bottoms done but I think by my pass experience with Aspen it would be my best option to find another dentistry. Thank you

In PAIN made an appointment at Lexington location even though Garners Ferry is closer they had no openings. Why am I still waiting to be seen an hour after my appointment time???!!! Not happy with this location. However if you just need an adjustment come on in. They seem to get in and out. I've seen four parks hey seen while waiting for the Dr.

This place is awful!!! My husband's been back several times to fix his upper denture and they always tell him it's his bite.. These are the new upgraded dentures and we spent a pretty penny for them and all they want to do is put a bandaid on it probably until the warranty runs out!! If all you have is money to spend then this is your place to go! Really sad Aspen Dental of Lexington!!!!!!

Extremely slow. Doesn't answer 75% of phone calls. I got Invisalign and have been on my last rack for the last two months and still can't get any details about when my last set of aligners will come in. They canceled two appointments and said they didn't know when they would come in just to find out they actually need to scan my teeth. I won't mind the slowness but they can't even keep my updated.

My husband has had nothing but issues with getting his new dentures. He is now being told that they WILL NOT remake his new top teeth and that he has to put glue in them. THEY ARE NEW!! SHOULD THEY NOT FIT!!!! This is not acceptable and I would appreiciate someone to listen to him and remake them. we spent alot of money and he deserves for them to fit properly!!!

The Dentist doctor was excellent but I feel that the staffing assistants need more training before assisting them. In my cleaning they loosened a crown. And on my visit today for 4 crowns one of my temps broke while eating mashed potatoes. I was like WOW!

Dentist and hygienist were friendly and professional but the billing department can't figure out how to properly send a claim to my insurance.
