Scheduling conflict at my normal dentist. Called aspen they told me just to head on in and see what they can do. Within an hour I received my tooth extraction and was on my way. Staff was super friendly would highly recommend!

I went to Aspen dental, and I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time. I have a little phobia of dentists lol. Anyway, Dr. JB was awesome. He was kind and caring and answered all my questions. Jessee, the Hygienist did a deep cleaning on me on the spot. I didn't have to come back which was nice. She was so sweet, always telling me what she was doing. She made me comfortable the whole time. Tori was super friendly and sweet. she did all my x-rays and scans. She has to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. She made me feel calm and she was so patient with me. Meranda, the office manager was also so sweet. She explained everything to me about my treatment plan, helped me figure out how to pay and was just an all-around joy. My experience to Aspen Dental had to be the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I would recommend them 100%

I've experienced so much pain because of their complete lack of communication! So many things went wrong in only three appointments! I made an appointment to remove my bottom wisdoms, they were coming in and hurting badly. They took XRys and we agreed the next appointment was the extraction for the BOTTOM teeth. It wasn't until they had their hands in my mouth that I realized they were taking out the TOP wisdom teeth. Here I am now, bottom wisdom teeth are still hurting badly, and I call for an appointment (at another dentist clinic -- had it with Aspen at this point) and they tell me that my teeth are so imbedded in my gums that I'll need an oral surgeon. I tell them they must be mistaken, because Aspen Dental did say they would and could take out my bottoms. I call Aspen Dental and tell them to review my file in case they could take them out and the other clinic couldn't. They clarified that no, they can't remove them and never could. So I wasted MONTHS under the impression I would be able to remove my teeth through a dentist, all because they failed to tell me they couldn't do it, and they failed to refer me to a surgeon. Furthermore, they overcharged me several hundred dollars on my last appointment and sent it to the credit agency. When the credit agency demanded that outrageous amount, I called Aspen Dental and asked if there was a mistake in billing. They said they billed me twice by accident. Did they call and tell me that? No. Did they send a check in the mail/refund me? NO. They said they "put it as a credit on my account" although I didn't schedule another appointment. Before I get the automated reply of "We're sorry you didn't enjoy your experience at Aspen Dental--", are you really sorry? If I do call your comments line, am I going to get someone that is as unapologetic as the woman who told me they billed me twice? These are just three issues I have with this place, there are more. Find business elsewhere!

I figured my teeth were fine, but it was time for a professional cleaning priced at $80. First, you get a complimentary exam and x-ray if you are uninsured. No cavities and my gum measurements were 4s to 8s. That's the best I've ever had even when going to the dentist every 4 months (remember when once a year was considered sufficient?) I floss and brush with a sonic care daily but still the dentist was surprised my teeth were as good as they are. Then, I'm given THE PLAN for a grand total of $1628. They thought I needed an antimicrobial treatment because they considered my gums inflamed. I could have done that; and my teeth would still measure 4s and 8s, so it's a waste of money. (I've done it before; and I think for about 1/2 this quote but can't say for sure.) They use scary phrases like they can't reverse the bone loss. (True statement, but I haven't lost much bone, if any, and irrelevant if unreversible.) So, I offer $160 for a basic cleaning. I was ok with paying a little more for the exam. I was refused; they said they can't ignore THE PLAN. So, while I am happy that I know my teeth are fine; I'm disappointed in the bait and switch and further disgruntled that I as the patient am not able to determine what is best for my dental health.

They make everything very clear and easy to understand, including Financials. The hygienist was kind and gentle and thoughtful! Great experience (except it IS the dentists office)!

I highly recommend Aspen Dental, especially if you've been putting off having work done - the staff are all incredibly helpful, gentle, and passed zero judgment about my teeth. They helped me acquire the insurance I will need to get my oral hygiene back into my control and were even able to operate on my problem tooth the same day as my introduction appointment. Tori did a great job making me feel comfortable and made xrays a breeze. Jessee communicated perfectly with me while detailing my teeth and made sure that I was completely comfortable and ready for the following procedure- Dr. JB gave me some more helpful information regarding the health of teeth and both him and Dawsyn did a great job extracting my cracked tooth. I have worked with doctors before and Dr. JB is one of the best, he is extremely gentle and communication is great. Previous experiences left me bloody and bruised days after a procedure but not this time. Thank you Meranda, the office manager, for making all of this happen. 10/10 I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and pleasant making the entire visit simple and comfortable. The ability to go online and schedule your appointment as well as the availability of appointments was quite refreshing.

Aspen Dental is a great place to have dental work done. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recently I went in to have a root canal done and had to also have a hygienist clean my mouth before hand. Her name was Jessee and she was fantastic. She didn't judge and was super friendly and she had great taste in music! Once I got to the root canal. Doctor J.B did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable and informed about the procedure. Overall great experience!

I had an excellent visit today at Aspen Dental in Lewiston! It's been some time since I've visited a dentist and I wanted to have a wellness exam on my teeth and have a tooth pulled. So, I made an appointment in Lewiston to have it done and I'm glad I did because the staff here was great all the way through! Tori is an amazing dental assistant. She is very personable and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit, including, getting x-rays of my mouth and assisting with the tooth pulling process. She also did a great job hustling around to make sure all the other patients' needs were met. Kaylee performed the hygiene examination on my teeth and gave me an easy to understand diagnosis regarding their condition and explained what would need to be done to put my teeth in tip-top shape. Amanda was very helpful with insurance, financing options and transparent with pricing for the recommended procedures. When I accepted the tooth pulling procedure, she was accommodating to my schedule and set up a same day appointment. Dr. JB pulled my tooth with no problem! And a big shout out to Eliza! It was only her second day. She's a very nice assistant and a pleasure to have around.

My experiences ranked by what I am most mad at: 1. Aspen Dental overcharged my credit service by almost 400 dollars. When I confronted them with the charge, they said they had already posted another credit to my dental account for it. I had to call THEM about this; they had my number on file, yet never called to tell me they overcharged me. If I had never seen/talked to Aspen Dental ever again after that appointment, I suspect they would have fraudulently kept that money. What else am I supposed to think when they're secretive like that? 2. I go in to take out my painful bottom wisdom teeth, as was discussed and documented the prior sit-down discussion. They get me to sign a paper that says they will take my 1 and 16 out. I don't know what teeth those numbers correlate to, but we discussed this clearly previously so I am not worried. Yes, they take out my non-painful top wisdoms, and the sit-down discussion I had with their planner was pointless. 3. They pull out my last wisdom tooth, they show it to me, and tell me I'm good to leave and show me the door to the main lobby. Receptionist sees me and tells me I'm all set and I can leave. I am in my car just one minute, no exaggeration whatsoever, from the moment he yanked the tooth out of my skull. They kicked me out at the same pace the next appointment. They don't care about you as a patient, enough to allow you to take a moment to gather your thoughts without someone's fingers in your face. They want you out of their rooms to fill the seat again, asap. I have been to much better dental offices; this is one of the worst.

As a first time patient, I am very happy I chose this office. Tori the dental assistant has great energy and made getting through the x-rays and scans as enjoyable as possible. Kaylee the hygienist and Dr. JB came to do their first assessments. They had a plan to address all my needs and concerns very quickly. And explained why and how their plan has the best options for my specific situation. Their patient service rep Melissa was very helpful in making sure I had all the billing information and payment options available. She also told me how it would be best to schedule my future appointments to make them most beneficial for my time.
