I've always had a great experience with Aspen Dental! Charlie is the best dental hygienist, very kind and informative. He asked why I rated my smile a 7/10, and I explained it was because I had a few minor crooked teeth. He even recommended getting the trays to straighten them out if I wanted to. Kaitlin was very sweet and helped explain everything finance wise (which was SUPER affordable). I'm so excited to get started and love my smile even more. :) Thanks to the Aspen Dental team!

There was no waiting time upon my arrival. Everyone was so comforting and kind. The dentist explained everything and showed me pictures of my teeth that helped me understand better. Aspen Dental is the best

The staff, at every step (imaging through consultation and scheduling/finance) were amazing. Friendly, funny and did everything to help me combat my severe dental anxiety and establish a plan of action. Looking forward to my upcoming appointments.

Dr.Jayanty was wonderful. If you're considering dentures, go with healing dentures. Alan the lab tech does any touch ups onsite so you don't wait. Very pleased!

Just moved to the area, realized I was due for my regular biannual cleaning, and figured Aspen would be a convenient place to get that done. 1) They didn't clean my teeth. They took X-rays and poked around at my gums. That was it. 2) They tried to tell me I have Stage II gum disease and upsell me $2,500 in cleaning procedures and products. 3) After my visit, they didn't even try to schedule the routine cleaning I went in there for. They jumped right to telling me my next visit would cost over $1,900. I'm very good about my oral care, have very strong/healthy teeth, and my last two dentists have been honest about alerting me to areas I need to work on and/or keep an eye on. There's no way I went from, "You still have your wisdom teeth, so we should keep an eye on them" to "YOU HAVE STAGE II GUM DISEASE AND NEED VERY EXPENSIVE CLEANING/ANTIBIOTIC PROCEDURES ASAP!!!" in a span of six months. I politely took their estimate, and went on my way - with an EXTREMELY sore mouth, BTW. Lesson learned: NEVER reach out to a "chain" dentist EVER AGAIN. These people as bad as dishonest mechanics... only more dangerous.

Aspen Dental is one of the most frustrating experiences you will get - the lady at the office in Leominister doesn't seem to understand simple English, not does she have any clue what needs to be done. In a previous instance the Worcester location never responded back to me. I wish I never have to go Aspen at any of its locations - unfortunately my insurance recommends Aspen. This is FRUSTRATING !!!

Pricing is pretty high. I had my wisdom teeth and a molar pulled.I expected it to be smooth considering what I was paying. I woke up during surgery and was in pain and the surgeon threatened to stop the procedure because I was moving. Like I had any control of it. I was put out and any human being awake for a tooth pull would have had the same reaction. He was extremely rude. I have followed the steps they told me to do following the procedure. My stitches were falling out way to early. I've now had 2 dry sockets after doing everything right. At this point I'm beginning to think it was just a bad surgery. The only nice thing I've experienced so far is the woman at the front desk. They have treated me well. This is now 12 days after my surgery and I'm still going through hell. If I could take it back and live with the excruciating pain I was going through before I would. I wish I went somewhere else. Some oral surgeons rarely see dry socket. I've seen two and my stitches fell out way to early. I'm just so upset. I want my life back.

My wife and I both had appointments today - the office helped us y scheduling us together, because we have a 30 mile drive to the office. My wife had a check up and I had a filling, and all went very well. We both saw Dr. Jay which made the visit more fun and NO PAIN! We recommend Aspen Dental Leominster 100%.

Horrible experience I was kicked out in the middle of a procedure for asking questions and being nervous. I have been suffering an infection ever since and still need to wait a whole week to even been seen by another office over 30 min away from me. I honestly hope I don't end up in the emergency room. This place needs to be sued immediately...
