The Front Office Staff Are Very Nice...And Dr. Murphy Did Really Good Job Taking My 3 Wisdom Teeth And Other Bad Teeth Which My Old Dentist Couldn't Get It Out...You Can Trust In His Skills, He Is Very Knowledgeable And Knows What Needs To Be Done Right Away...!!!

Honestly, if I could give a review with 0 stars I would. I went in for tooth pain and decay on one of my molars and they told me they couldn't remove the tooth that was hurting but they could remove the perfectly healthy tooth behind it. Their reasoning was that the decayed tooth was the one that "gave pleasure during eating" but I couldn't even chew on that side. Then after my extraction, I woke up crying from the confusion of falling asleep then waking up (normal reaction for me with anesthesic) and they all put pushed me out of the office. Not to mention despite being a repeat client they had to do a consultation visit before any work. Once I healed from that surgery, I went to Affordable Dentures off Sugarlimb and same day they pulled the correct tooth no problem. Aspen charged well over $1,000 for everything and Affordable Dentures only charged $180 total. I will never go back to Aspen Dental. The front counter people are great but the dentists and everyone who actually look at you are ridiculous and do not care about their clients best interest.

It started from the time I got x-rays through the examination. I made it very clear that I was on a fixed income and had no dental insurance and only had the money for the dentures they advertised...$299 per arch. They were in their own world and kept right on going. Gave me a quote over $4k. Then came the office manager. She kept right on going. They reel you in and then BAM, hit you with a high quote. Aspen just called. They are going to do my dentures only. Ok went this morning. Only had me down for an upper denture When they called they neglected to say that. So another wasted trip They were very pushy. I walked out.

Would not recommend. I was not impressed or plan on continuing care with Aspen. I need a fair amount of dental work done and went there to potentially start the work. However, I would never give this company that much money. It was clear to me that this location is a money factory and that the staff isn't interested in their patients. The doctor and a lot of others were not professional, as in they were giggling ijnthe hall like children. On top of all the tiny details- the doctor just walked out of my room 5 minutes after getting in there and they left me sitting in a room when I was apparently suppose to leave. The doctor second guessed himself right in front of me AND when I was leaving no one gave me the referral to the oral surgeon they were suppose to. I'll get my work done elsewhere, but thanks for the $19 X-rays.

Searched google for a dentist that works on weekends or nights the advertisement is that they work nights and weekends I click on the link go to the webpage and they most certainly do not work on the weekends

Friendly and fest service they talk you through every step of the process. The downside is advertised first exam Free it's not but it's only $19 so that's not too big a deal that advertise that they can get financing for any credit the only company that uses Care credit if you can get approved through Care credit I recommend going to a more affordable dentist if you can't get approved through Care credit like a lot of people I know don't bother going it's a waste of time and money

Dr. Murphy did an amazing job! I had to have a couple of extractions and was a little nervous due to a not so pleasant experience from a different dentist. I was prepped for the extractions and within 10 minutes the procedure was over, I had no idea he had removed both teeth! No issues in the week to follow which was wonderful! Also the staff is friendly and will take the time to answer any question you may have. I would recommend them to anyone needing to see a dentist for a dental issue, cleaning or preventive care.

I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago. Just a cleaning. We agreed on 10am. I wrote the time down in my calendar as we spoke. My confirmation email I got a few days ago says 11:30. I called yesterday before work, voice-mail. I left a message asking to email me their response since I'd be at work until they closed. Got an email saying to call them. Tried again this morning. Voice-mail. Tried again once I got to work. Then I received an email saying they needed to reschedule. On my lunch break I called. Voice-mail. I told them to just cancel and that I would not be showing up tomorrow. I missed a call from them while i was working asking me to call them to reschedule. Ugh.

Spoke multiple times to person in local office, even received a call from office. Nothing was mentioned that they could not do work on my son because he was a minor. Drove over 40 miles for a 7am appointment for nothing.

Went in with a emergency as I was out of town. The office staff from entry to exit was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The dr. was very efficient and easy to work with. Even after 3 extractions, I can say you guys are the best!!! Thanks again

Posting on behalf of my husband who when we moved here scheduled a cleaning. Finally over a month later he gets the call before the appointment saying he would not get a cleaning but just a consultation ..he could only later schedule another appointment for an actual cleaning. Annoying but okay and you will see why.. During the appointment the Dentist comes in says all is okay. However the hygienist comes in and says he cannot get a cleaning appointment without getting gum treatments for $1200 first. Is this real, the dentist even says all looks fine. Again literally the hygienist said he could not schedule a cleaning without a service that our prior dentist has never indicated is needed in 15 years makes it at best seem of questionable integrity. Especially having known our prior dentists feedback. OH and here's a good one. Asked if he was resistant because of money. Enter eyeroll here.

Horrible place they couldn't get anything right ! Messed up my teeth and I spent a ton on gas going back and forth just to have them tell me they didn't have my mouth piece. Then they promised me to gas cards one for 50 and one for 25 and guess what I haven't received anything. I am not going to let them get away with this . Look at the company's net worth and look at how they treat people sad. And I am telling everyone I see to go elsewhere this place is awful

2 teeth broken called and left message on Monday night Aspen called me at 7am and I was told to come in and doctor would assess. Doctor not only did assessment he took care of extraction and I was on my way home by 8:30 Zero pain best dental visit EVER..!!!

Overall the experience was great. The only complaint I have is that the the X-Ray room Is not very "handicapped-friendly".
