They over charge and don't do what they say. I just read a review that address the same deep clean issue. $1700 for one cleaning when we were told it would be three cleaning ( one every 4 months ) for that total.

So disappointed with this dentist. had my filling done but they refuse to do my next filling until I get a $1000 cleaning. isn't that a form of distortion? well I won't be back even if they did it for free! *****caution*****!!!!! they just want your money!

The staff are awesome, and I get good service here. The dental hygienist always comments on a habit I have though, which makes me hesitate to return. They are still very nice.

Absolutely amazing group of people. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The office seamed very organized and structured. I was able to get an appointment really quickly and pricing was upfront and honest.

I've had the worst experience in my life with this place. They promised me something they couldn't do and then when I was unhappy they didn't want to give me my money back or make it right all I was told is this is the best I could do

Excellent care by Dr. Navarrette. I have had terrible care in the past by other dentists, which created a debilitating fear. I hope he stays working at Aspen as he is an asset!

I was charged $850 up front for a crown I never got. They gave me a credit but gradually chipped away at that. I think they thought old fillings were decay but they aren't. They said I needed some other type of cleaning. But went to a different Aspen Dental office and they said I did not. I felt like I was going to the dentist all the time. After a year of that bad experiment we have moved on. I would not recommend Aspen Dental especially Leesburg to anyone. Just got back from my new dentist and no issues and no charges up front.

The office was very clean and presentable. The front office staff is very friendly and courtesy. My dental assistant was very informative and patient with me. The hygienist was awesome( even though he said I can only have 1 soda a year,lol). My dentist was gentle and he explained my treatment plan options in great detail and answered all my questions and concerns. Tiara was very knowledgeable of my payment options and offered great suggestions that fit my budget. Overall the office was great! Will definitely be recommending the office to my family and friends!

The people were very friendly with me and made me feel like I belonged there. I learned a lot about what was going on with my teeth and they are going to fix it right. I would recommend Aspen Dental to all of my friends.

I moved out here recently from California and I needed a dentist. I think I found the place ! Everyone was really kind. My mouth has a lot of work needed to be done and they were really nice about it. Didn't make me feel bad. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible experience. Had to call 3 times to schedule my cleaning after my "initial visit" because the scheduler "had trouble figuring out my insurance". This should have been a sign to just find a new dentist, but I gave them a chance.. I have a newborn son and they are the closest so I was going for convenience. They have now called me 2x to reschedule due to "not having a hygenist".. One of which was same day, due to the "hygenist calling out". I will be going somewhere more reliable with better communication. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I have now wasted 2 off days that I couldve used for my son.

Everyone in this office is too kind. They went well out of their way to make me feel comfortable, explained using terms I could understand, and were incredible accommodating for me as a person who has a deep fear of doctors and medical offices. Everyone was so understanding and patient. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else but here.

I was told on Fri they received my new xrays from my old dentist. Went for a cleaning on sat. The girl said she didn't have the x-rays and I would need them to be done. I said no way she said I will let manager know on Monday. Also she said I would possibly need a deep cleaning . I don't know how a front person at the desk became a lisc dentist. Anyway she said I would get a call on Monday. Surprise nobody called me today. I guess this deep cleaning is a new way to make fast money.

I went to get a cleaning, but had a exam, the doctor said my teeth look good. I was told the hygienist wasn't there and that I would have to reschedule for a cleaning... The girl that took my ex-rays told me I had to have a deeper cleaning, which was going to cost a lot more (out of pocket). This all was explained to me by the scheduler, not the Doctor. Both my wife and I were told this at different times. It sure looks like they are promoting and making money off of saying that a person has to have a deeper cleaning. We have Medicare and it pays for two cleanings a year, this cleaning would be a lot more expensive. My wife and I are both going for a second opinion. Looking for a new dentist!
