Very ignorant 'dentists'. If you are looking for a good dentist to help with your issue and find good solutions this is not it. They will butcher your teeth and leave you in more pain than when you went in. Better to just deal with the tooth hurting than let them get their hands on it.

I had to wait over 4.5 hours to have a simple tooth extraction because I had no insurance and was paying in cash. Not only that heard the dental hygienist talking with someone with insurance next door to me about how he suggest to Everyone a cancer screening... I guess the Cash paying people don't fall under the "Everyone" title... And then after waiting 4.5 hours get back to have the Dentist tell me that they had the wrong tooth wrote in my chart to be pulled... Thank goodness for the 2nd Dentist that I seen for a simple tooth extraction paid attention to me rather then if I had insurance or not.

So far, all I've done is a checkup (following which a very expensive "deep cleaning," rather than the routine cleaning would have expected to be part of a routine checkup), the deep cleaning (for which I paid at the time and following which I was told I'd need to come back for an included followup visit) and the follow up visit & cleaning. Following each visit, I asked if I owed anything before leaving and each time I was told I did not. A few weeks after the deep cleaning, I got a bill for services not covered by my insurance. Called & spoke to the billing people, who referred me to my insurer. Turns out Aspen used a different "service code" when they checked w/my insurer than they did when they billed the insurer & me. Nothing to be done. I paid. A few weeks after the followup, again I get a bill this time for services for which Aspen charged me more than the insurer covers. Quite the shock since I thought the followup was covered by the 4-figure out-of-pocket cost for the initial "deep cleaning." I tried calling again, but was disconnected and after calling back and listening to the "wait time is estimated to be less than 5 minutes" message for a little less than half an hour was rolled over to their answering service was told to call back during office hours, which was when I called ... but apparently they close earlier than their posted office hours. The people who work there are nice; but all in all, this was not a good customer experience. You cannot budget nor can you compare healthcare costs across providers without transparency. I don't generally post negative reviews. This is maybe my second? Third? Out of over 400. But you need to know that you will not know what the dental care you receive here will cost you for at least a month or two until after you've received it, and you cannot rely upon what you are told at the time you receive the service. Sorry, but that's my experience. Your experience may be different. I hope it is.

Under trained and unorganized. Dentist broke off a tooth during extraction and couldn't pull it. Then refers to another office and they couldn't even see me. Wasted time money and missed work for this.

They got me in for a quick last minute appointment and took care of me! After my first appointment just for an exam I had to schedule a second appointment for a cleaning and they got me in for an appointment in less than an hour! They did such a good job and everyone is so friendly and sweet! I will definitely be coming back!

Called for an emergency appointment and got in the same day. Their main priority was my pain before money. It was such a good environment not crazy expensive and I left feeling no pain by far one of the best dentists I've been to 10/10 would recommend and will go back. Thank you to all the amazing employees at this location that make it all the much better.

They make you feel so comfortable and do everything in their power to prevent pain. They are so patient and kind, quick and show genuine concern. I have never liked the dentist as most people don't but as I told him when I left I would go back there every single day. They have really changed my perspective on dental work, this was a wonderful experience.

Excellent visit and experience. Adrianna made my visit a 5 experience from entry to exit. She is very friendly, attentive and puts you at ease with her personality. Many times I've felt rushed in the past however, not here. She truly is an asset to the office, thank you !!! Dr Wedi is on point as well, relaxed me, got me numb which is always a plus and answered all my questions. This is definitely the team to see!!! Special thanks guys!

All about the upsale here. The gal with the accent that took the X-rays was wonderful. She made the experience much better. I think it's a little bit of an unprofessional atmosphere there. The office manager should seek another profession. Dr Eddy was good. I was there in pain, for an emergency visit... but I think they forgot that...being there over 2 hours, they were more or worried about selling me more than the immediate problem at hand.

Went in for extreme pain of a wisdom tooth. I can say it was a pretty simple process and they got me in and out. Dentist that removed it made me feel at ease through the concerns that I had. Will be back in the future.

Do not go to this place. There are many other better options out there and I'm not talking about the skills or professionalism of their providers. The issue here is customer service, specifically the front desk person. I didn't even memorize her name, I guess my brain is trying to protect me from this. This young lady has a lot to learn in life. Without a doubt the most aggressive and unwelcoming experience I have encountered on my first visit to this place. Today I was trying to make my second appointment despite not wanting to come back here and have to deal with this person again but, even over the phone, she come across as unpleasant, unhelpful, and totally disregarded my needs as a patient. I know that dealing with the public is hard, I am in the customer service business as well but I sincerely hope for the sake of this office that management starts listening to the patient complaints and fix this issue. I know I am not the only one with this opinion. For you young lady I really hope you find your call in life because it certainly isn't health care or customer service. I do want to say that everybody else with whom I had contact during my first appointment did a great job and make me feel reassured and welcome.

My wife paid 5000$ upfront her temporary dentures do not fit at all. After putting in one li er on the bottom denture it fell out the next day they put in another after going through hell to get back I there they still don't fit at all and new when she calls trying to get back in there the receptionist tells her they don't know when they can get her back in my wife said hey paid up front for these and you all promised to take care of any problems the receptionist threatened to hang up on her . I don't know where they are getting these good reviews but I bet they are paid for. Protect yourself and do not pay these people upfront better yet go somewhere else
