I normally never do reviews but felt this was very much needed. The girls up front to the back is amazing they helped me get in and get everything scheduled because I was on a time crunch. Sam in the back did great on explaining everything and being genuinely nice. The world needs more smiles from ladies at this location.

Great experience with the entire staff. After the initial consultation, was able to start my cleaning the same day. The entire staff are very friendly and very professional at the same time. Highly recommeded!! Thank you all!

Well they did really good at getting me in the door Friday morning asap. And pulling my tooth has well. But the doc that pulled my tooth said I will write you prescription of antibiotics and send you pain medicine to your pharmacy. And ask which one did I use and I said Walgreens. Which didnt do so. I really appreciate him taking me in and pulling my tooth because I was in so much pain. But to tell me that you're going to give me antibiotics and pain medicine which 800 ibuprofen would be just fine but nope I didn't get anything.

Great experience. Knowledgeable and caring. Efficient staff. I have been in the medical field for over 40 years. This office seems to have it together. From the front desk to the Doctor, great job!

Very helpful and so nice and they try to give you the best deals they can to cut the price! As? Much as possible because even with insurance it is so expensive to go to the dentist!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aspen dental today, from the front desk to the dental assistant, to the dentist himself and the woman who checked me out. Every single person was so kind. I would rate this a 20/10.

Customer Service was outstanding. Dentist and staff were very professional, and courteous. I will never go anywhere else for dental services but Aspen Dental in Gallatin, TN. They are an awesome team.

I just received my permanent lower denture today. I am beyond pleased with the look and fit! Throughout the process, which took 6 months with the temporary healing denture, the staff was always available when I needed anything. The staff at this location are so friendly and professional. Losing teeth is not pleasant but when you have a dental office like our Lebanon TN location, you come out with a beautiful smile!

I have had the worst experience. I paid alot of money for their "best" dentures since September they have broke in half 4 times and today 2 of my front teeth just fell out I wasn't even chewing I am at work and they just fell out I'm mortified and have to work like this. I would not recommend getting dentures here at all. Had I known these were going to be such poor quality I would of went somewhere else. Not to mention the first pair they made would not even fit in my mouth. I am very unhappy with Aspen dental.

I had a dental emergency and called yesterday and was seen today. From the moment I walked in the door I was met with smiling and happy employees. They went above and beyond with my care. Everything was explained and I felt no pressure from the staff. The girls were so friendly and thoroughly explained my care plan. I would recommend to anyone wanting a quite pleasant dental office. The in house dental lab is great and I look forward to bringing my family for future dental needs.

I had a tooth pulled today and went a couple weeks ago before to have a little check up on my teeth and get everything looked at, and this has been the best dental office I've been to! Everyone there is so nice, everyone. They were very nice and as gentle as they can be. Highly recommend this place for anything!

Had a really good visit. Was taken in right away, got X-rays and an exam done and they even had time to do my cleaning. Everyone was so nice. It was the smoothest best appointment I've had at the dentist.

Do NOT come here!! They will overcharge you and scam you! I had a filling and a crown done which is a few hundred dollars but even though i have delta dental insurance they changed me 3800. I have filed a report at the better business bureau and will not be paying them another dime after paying 1300 already i still owe 2500. I advise EVERYONE to just go to a regular dentist as Aspen is a bigtime scam Brooke is the scammer there at the Lebanon location but they all have the same type of person at every Aspen dental location who WILL scam you. Be warned

This is the first dentist I have found that I really enjoy going to in over 4 years. They don't break the bank and they are the nicest people.
