Call for appointment, ask few times if they take UPMC insurance they said they dont know the few times i ask then i went to the appoinment and for my surprise they dont take the goverment insurance making me losing T I M E !!! Definetly they dont have no much training or information on what they doing, front desk lady ask me if that insurance was a private one or goverment like how do you not known ! Im not recomending aspen dental to no one at all and for what i saw in the others reviews is for sure isnt worth it

I love dealing with Aspen dental, they were quick and very courteous. my mouth looks like I chew on wood and metal all day and they treated me very well and cared about my needs. I had two teeth pulled out and had some good advice about what to do in the future. i was in and out very fast and very happy with the service. Thank you Aspen for taking care of me in PA and in TX

***Updated*** review ...went back to have teeth extracted and in my experience with ANY Aspen they over charged you up front then pay you back days later if not in cash. I asked to pay the lower extraction price and then if surgical pay the difference on the way out the door. This is apparently going against medical recommendation and was told I am no longer going to be kept on as a patient and the procedure was not being done. WITH MY CARD IN HAND. I wasnt rude, I didnt curse, I didnt get loud...I expressed that I had a concern about what I was being charged so I was asked to leave. Even though my first experience left me sitting there almost an hour and a half past my appointment time I thought this Aspen Dental would be different but nope. Dont bother with this place go elsewhere. Seriously the concern is a smoke screen and so is walk in care!

I set up an appointment for my kid. we show up for her exam and are charged for it, out of pocket due to not having insurance. My kid is seen, EXAMINED & X RAYED by the Dental professional only for her to tell me they do not take kids her age as patients. I specifically asked before making the appointment if they took kids and was told they do. I called to discuss the issue and was told someone from management would call, they close at 4 pm on Fridays. Its 4:15 pm on Friday and no call. if I could give negative stars for this I would.

Do you want to go to the most deceitful place in town? Then this is the place to go, whenever the manager Jasmine is not there, which seems to be often they bring in a substitute manager, apparently is trying to prove their high horse and then, when you retaliate and report them to the district manager, before any of that happens, they go in the system and a blacklist you. Be ready if you're not a new customer that they can make extreme profit off of or a simple cleaning or check up watch out don't say I didn't warn you.

After making many attempts to find a place to have a cone beam made for my dentist, I was recommended this place. To make the story short; I was told I could make an appointment and have it done on the spot, I asked whether I could have a copy right then, and was told YES. I was making travel arrangements and needed this beam cone so I could fix my teeth for a reasonable price overseas, rather than pay these ridiculous prices these dentists charge here in the states ( Seriously, you could fix your whole mouth for a fraction of what these dentists are charging, like more than 65% cheaper and I'm not kidding, the rest? Could be spent on a nice vacation overseas) I came in took the X-ray paid a little over $300 for work that took less than 30 seconds and waited to be handed the copies. Nop! Their printer is out of work, hipa regulations, miss communication; a lot of unnecessary jargon was thrown at me, I said I needed my copies now because the dentist who needs to see them, needs to inform me about when to come and this has to do with my travel plans. Sorry, we can't print them to you now, we will do our best to email them to you as soon as possible, how soon? It may take up to 10 days. I think they try to come up with little hurdles in order to coaxes you to chose them instead of going to another party. Frustration. But the person who was handling these issues with me was very courteous and polite, I don't think this was her fault

Set up an appointment for my daughter only to be told, only a few day before her appointment, that they don't take patients her age, had appointment set up for 2 months and they only now tell me, what a joke

Watch for them to say estimated cost, because you will get a bill later. They say insurance wouldn't cover, ya right

Had to have extractions of my upper teeth for cardiac surgery, was told i would be sedated however that was not the case, had temporary upper dentures made that did not fit so no upper teeth after surgery, went back to the office to get second set of upper dentures that again didn't fit, they tried to shave them twice with no results, " try them to see if you can get used to them", still can't drink, eat, or talk with them in so am still without teeth, am attempting to get reimbursed for upper dentures seems like they are practicing , not a very good experience and would not recommend them except possibly for cleanings, note this is the Lebanon PA office cannot speak for any other offices in the area

I'm hoping they will make corrections to my permanent dentures. I'm not satisfied with them there are issues . Also not happy with the way they look . Not what I expected for the price I paid . I have called hoping they call back . If not I will be telling them when I go in on Monday to have my temporary bottom ones check again ... This is the Lebanon Office on Quentin Road .

Went in for an extraction for an infected tooth, rushed me in and out, then proceeded to send me a break down of a $10,000 bill for what THEY WANTED to do which was make my teeth look good instead of taking care of the actual problem. They are definitely about quantity of patients. Or maybe it's the ones with great insurance that have such a wonderful experience. I didn't. Got my tooth taken care of @ Lebanon Oral Associates. I recommend them before this place.

I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about my appointment with Dr. Pham, but, from the moment I walked into the office I was met with kindness and patience. The staff that worked with me dierra, orlando, nelly and Dr. Pham were great! They took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process to come. Overall I was impressed with the whole process and how fast, efficient and welcoming the entire team was.

We spent days calling, n when we finally got through and made an appointment we were failed to be notified till the day before our appointment that they indeed do not accept our insurance , not only did u waist our time now you have also put more stress on us n now we might also have to wait even longer to be seen...ogb f y'all.
