They talk loudly and unprofessionally behind the desk while customers wait over an hour past their scheduled appointment time. I've been kept waiting that long more than twice before. While prices are affordable, their work is shotty. I've had fillings fall out, teeth pain and even an allergic reaction to a crown they put in. I was experiencing no pain before they worked on my teeth.

Well everything was great till there was problems and i needed them Currently very disgusted with Aspen dental Thanks for wasting my money ! Just want to update that the filling you installed has just fell out a second time

Recently visited Aspen Dental in S. Lebanon Ohio. An elderly family member had broken the bottom plate of his dentures. To make matters worse this family member is also currently in Hospice. Once I explained his current condition and the need for an immediate repair or replacement the entire staff worked to do everything possible to make him comfortable and to meet his need. I will be forever grateful to Marcia Irving-Ray, DDS for enabling my family member to be able to eat while he can.

The team here went above and beyond for me. Got me in next day when I called after everyone else was telling they were 30 days out. Then they called my insurance to verify coverage, after my Insurance said no they called back again and didn't give up. They got everything covered and I wasn't out of pocket to bad. I will definitely be going back even though they are over a hour away from me

I truly can't speak on anyone else's experience, but mine was amazing that's why I'm writing this review at 1:37 am. The office was clean, the staff was professional. The whole office was a VIBE. The staff on my visit was Dr. Ellis, Dr. Calderon, DA Camden, DA Jen, and OM Addi they were all amazing.

I strongly dislike the dentist but Aspen in Lebanon made me feel absolutely comfortable and I will be back. They were professional and laid back at the same time. I would recommend them to anyone

After being disappointed at one visit the office manager and doctor worked together to make things better and work out my plan in a more organized and understanding manor. I waited less than 5 minutes the next visit. A lot better service!

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL I went in for tooth pain in April and was given an antibiotic with no further treatment plan or explanation other than "your xrays look just fine; no cavities. I think I see a little infection up in your gum. This should take care of it. And come back in for a cleaning in a few weeks". Well the antibiotics did work for a week or so but needless to say I went back yesterday bc the pain never really went away and it has gotten worse. This time, they tell me nothing is wrong where I showed them I was hurting which is on the upper right and the dentist says, "you have a cracked k9. This is what is causing the issue. You need a root canal and crown. Oh, and we can't get you in until September 12th". So I left thinking I was going to have to spend over 2 weeks in pain and spend $1200 out of pocket that I was quoted before I left. I couldn't help but think something else was the problem bc that k9 tooth was not hurting nor was that area so I got a second opinion today. They immediately found the tooth with a very large cavity full of infection... past the point of saving... so it was taken out. Luckily it was a molar and had no aesthetic value. The kicker, remember when I went to Aspen back in April, they told me I had no cavities anywhere?! Lol! This second dentist, found cavities besides the one causing the issue today that need dealt with in the near future. I will never go back to Aspen or refer anyone there. Ever.

They don't know anything about emergency services, Just let you wait long time even if they have doctors in clinic , and after waiting for a long time they got us inside and still we have to wait more. My daughter was in pain with no help from anyone. The worst place to go too

It is never a great experience to have to have a tooth pulled. The folks in the office made it quick and easy.

My husband had a great first appointment at Aspen. He has to have 4 teeth pulled, so we'll see how the next appointment goes. :)

The staff was pleasant, helpful, caring. I was extremely apprehensive about the visit, but the girls and dentist were welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. Extraction was completed quickly, painlessly. Thank you all so much!!

Aspen Dental is a corporate organization and run like one. It is relatively slow getting to the point. It has trouble telling you what you are actually getting for your money. Having never been to anyone but a individual run Dentist office, it was a bit off putting for me. I did end up with a scheduled procedure for a reasonable cost.
