I wouldn't recommend this office. I have had more negative experiences than positive. I left work early to show up to my appointment on time only to wait 1 hour 30 mins past my appointment time. There is no respect for patient appointments or my time. You also might end up with a rouge hygienist who inflicts alot of pain. I feel stuck here on my treatment plan , so if you are looking for a dentist. Trust me this isn't it.

I had a great experience at this office. The dentist took time to show me what he needed to address, allowed plenty of time for the anesthetic to work, and explained what he was doing. He was patient and empathetic. The hygienist I saw was also very gentle and thorough and also explained what she was doing. I haven't been to the other locations, but the one in Lawrence is great!

The dentist is wonderful. The rest of the staff is new almost every time I go. This time they informed me that insurance was pending from a year ago. No record of my previous visit. Dental cleaning was 160.00 after insurance. 300 without. Seem high. First visit is free. Something wrong with this picture.

I went to this dentist because I was too lazy to call and make an appointment with my normal dentist and I could schedule with Aspen online. Yikes- I regretted that! Aspen did an xray, which resulted in multiple cuts to my gums, and told me I had 6 cavities. They did not clean my teeth, which was the main reason I wanted to go in. They tried to pressure me into making an appointment to have them fixed immediately and to use a payment plan to pay for it. I knew there was no way I had six cavities as I go to the dentist twice a year every year, with the exception of a Covid year, so I made an appointment with my normal dentist. My normal dentist said I had one cavity and it wasn't bad enough to need filled immediately. I'm happy I went to my normal dentist instead- it saved me approximately $5,000, with insurance. Additionally, Aspen waited almost 6 months to bill me for my X-rays and charged significantly more for X-rays than my normal dentist did for X-rays and a cleaning. They never charged my insurance so I had to pay cash, as my normal, good dentist had already billed my insurance. It seems like this company is trying to take advantage of people who don't know any better or don't have the resources to go elsewhere. I'd highly recommend going anywhere else so you aren't taken advantage of.

Horrible staffing problem. Everytime I've been here there's been a very long wait. My girlfriend cake here for a root canal. They claim tombe able to get you in soon, but then are unable to provide promp care due to a major staff shortage. I'm in the waiting room now and there's 8 people waiting. There has been no one at the front desk since I've been here for 30 minutes. They tell you to be 15 mins early to your appointment, my appointment was at 3. It's now 3:15. I still have yet to see anyone at all or get checked in or anything. They are not cheap in comparison to other dentist in the area. And they have now lost me as a newpatient.

Persistent scheduling issues. Had an appointment to pick up retainers. Arrived and sat for 20 minutes before the receptionist came and told me they were not in yet. And rescheduled me 10 days out. No communication, very disappointing

i went in for a new patient appointment! the front staff was lovely and super nice and greeted me immediately! My dental assistant ardyn was super nice and able to explain why i needed all of the x-rays they took to better help with my treatment plan! Dr.Diaz explained everything i needed done and was super nice and reassuring that they will take care of my teeth for me! The office manager mara explained all of the costs with or without insurance and was super lovely and sweet! I can't wait to get started with my treatments at Aspen Dental and feel happier with my smile!

I have had a great experience with this location up until today. I had my wisdom teeth removed and I found the dentist very unprofessional and rushed. He was very rough on my mouth and took maybe 15 minutes max on one tooth and 5 minutes between the other two. I was not sedated whatsoever (wasn't even offered at all actually), just a bit of numbing. My mouth still hurts severely after taking high doses of pain meds. He was very snippy and rude with me as well. He went to pull one of my teeth and I could still feel it. When I told him, he got defensive saying he had already numbed that part of my mouth when I could still feel it, and it was painful. He went ahead and gave me two more numbing shots and went to work on another tooth. But the kicker is that the other tooth he just ripped out within 30 seconds and then immediately went back to the other tooth which he promptly ripped out with still some pain. He also somehow managed to loop the string for stitches around my chin and when I went to brush it up so it would slip off he yelled at me for touching his equipment and to put my hands down at my sides (where they'd been at up until this point). If maybe he or his assistant would have moved it before ten seconds had passed I wouldn't have felt like I had to do it. Overall I was not too happy with my visit and they're lucky I didn't walk out. I did not catch his name but if I find it I will add it to this review because I have never felt disrespected at any place of medical practice except this one.

Left with a horrible feeling of being victimized. Went in for a toothache. After not addressing my toothache. I was presented with a $9000.00 plus option. That was followed by a very unpleasant and high pressure sales tactic. There is an obvious plan in motion. Sell, sell, sell. Close the deal. With out any concerns for ethical morales. The impression is of a group willing to sacrifice the Hippocratic oath. For the mighty dollar. Be wise don't fall prey. There people are predators.
