I went in thinking dentist were scam artists but Dr. T, kept it real with me and my services will be cheaper than I expected. Staff nice and friendly! I will have my whole family seen at Aspen Dental.

My first visit was great, the wait was not long and during the consultation I was able to plan and get follow up appointments scheduled and payment plans prepped with Bri the office manager.

My name is Pat Dileo and My first experience with Aspen Dental was great the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable especially Alexis and Dr.T was awesome during the exam and explained to me what I needed. Today 10/11/22 is my first appointment for deep cleaning and an extraction. I will report back soon. thanks again.

They were able to see me immediately, assess my pain and problem, and arrange a time convenient to me for a root canal the next morning. Great Doctor with a great staff ~ Highly recommend!

Sam, the dental hygienist, was excellent! She was very friendly and professional. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me educational tips and information. Very down to earth and great bedside manners. I highly recommend this office. It has a small town, and personal type of feel, with the big city benefits and experience.

The actual office visit on 8/11/22 was great but when I called back to follow up on 8/17/22, the assistant manager was extremely rude. I was told on the day of my appointment I would be contacted about my treatment plan and payments because they had another consultation to take care of at the time. That contact never happened. I called once and left a message, I received no call back. I called again today to follow up only to be treated as if I was an inconvenience. It was like pulling teeth to get the assistant manager to fully answer questions about my treatment. She was short and half explaining everything I was asking. I had to continually probe to ensure I got all the information I needed. I cannot remember her name, I was so upset at how dismissive she was. But she has no professionalism whatsoever and should not be the voice of the business as any level manager. I called back to ask about how would I complain about her behavior, I was told I would get a survey. I ended up finding the contact information for the regional manager. I reached out and left a voicemail and I still haven't received a call back. Strongly considering just taking my business elsewhere.

Phenomenal staff, very courteous and friendly. All around a great atmosphere that is welcoming. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. David Thielen and Ashely Bell, RDH who explained the treatment. The first dental office where I feel like the staff care for their patients. I met with Sam Page RDH on my second visit and she took to the time to explain and answered questions I had. I would highly recommend to friends, family and anyone looking for dental facility where the patient is treated with care and compassion. Just an overall great experience at Aspen. Thank you for the great service!

My experience was awesome here from day one. Got me in quick for x-rays and booked within the week for my cleaning. Dr. Thielen is very nice and welcoming, he made me feel comfortable and just really humble like a normal guy just conversation with you. He explained everything and takes his time, doesn't make you feel rushed. I also have to acknowledge Ashley the dental hygienist she is truly amazing she really cares about her patients. She made sure that I understood everything and that the billing was correct and had found a mistake on billing that she had corrected which save me some money that I was not expecting. Ashley was very gentle during my cleaning and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed because I was a little nervous. Ashley explained to me in detail how to care for my teeth and when it's comes to whitening strips the do's and dont's, which I really appreciated. I feel she goes above and beyond her normal duties. I was saddened that she actually works at another location but occasionally works in laveen. I really hope she makes Laveen her home. She's is a diamond. Thank you both and to all the staff at at Laveen Aspen Dental. I will be coming back.

Haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years, was extremely anxious walking in but the team here is extremely kind and welcoming. Got work done today on one side of my mouth and I must say that whatever Ashley the hygienist (I believe she said she's normally at the Arcadia location) is getting paid is not nearly enough for how genuinely good at her job she is, she was extremely friendly and she made the whole process easy and quick and made me wish she could be my permanent hygienist! :)

Myself and my wife had the worst experience ever going to Aspen dental. Horrible service and staff. Management inconsistencies and turnover to include change in dentist just 1 of many examples of a horrible organization. Overpriced compare to other dentists. Dental procedure for my wife kept getting delayed which added more frustration as we waited what seemed like forever to get her crown in. To add frustration, no one in the office answers their phone or returns voice mails. I do not recommend this dental office to anyone.

I would absolutely refer everyone to Aspen Dental. I suffer from anxiety...my Dentist and Dental Assistant were the absolute best!! They were very patient and kind. A big thanks to Dr. O'Brien for your time and patience!!!

Scheduled an appointment for emergency extraction. Receptionist (New Hampshire call center.) said I was all clear for appointment and that she would send an email with info of appointment. Drove 45 minutes to location (Arizona) only to be told that they had no info suggesting I needed an extraction. Waited 2 hours to hear from doc, kept getting told 5 more minutes 5 more minutes, to no avail. I suggest calling local office directly and speaking with actual office receptionist instead, otherwise flawed communication will waste your time.

Went in with tooth pain 11am, was told I had a infection in my gums, pain was unbearable. The Hygienist told me I had infection, both her and the dentist poked and tapped around my mouth/teeth which had me in more pain. After Dr refused to give me anything for the pain or infection spent the rest of the day in more pain making phone calls to try and get something for pain and infection. Before leaving they wanted me to sign a paper stating I owe them over $73 dollars for tooth extraction they scheduled me for on Monday, I refused. After making some calls I Was given emergency phone number to speak with "on call dr" Dr who called said "I haven't work there in a long time, I live in Canada they should have taken me off, he also let me know I would have to be seen again as on call Dr would not be able to prescribe any medications (so why the hell was I advised to do this) he told me to call on call and let them know they needed a differentDr assignto on call. So now I was supposed to let them know they don't have a on call Dr. NOT MY JOB OR PROBLEM! On call was no help they can not assign a on call Dr. Had to call Aspen 800 number to let them know what they needed to do as there was no on call Dr. This all would have been funny if I was not in pain. I then had no other choice but to go to Urgent care to get antibiotics and ibuprofen 600 which did nothing for the pain. Fyi Found out urgent care can not give any strong pain meds for tooth pain. I would not recommend Laveen office Dr to anyone! Here I am next morning still in pain.
