In a appointments in one at 10:15 and the other at 2:00. Be people were very nice too. I seem to get a lot of done

This location doesn't even deserve the star that has to be selected to write this comment. The service is horrible and the dentist has no idea what she is doing. Scheduled for an extraction, the dentist pulls half the tooth then states she has to refer me to an oral surgeon. Ended up getting my teeth pulled elsewhere. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Unethical. Had a crown put in 2018 by a dr no longer there. May 2022 I get some fillings and dr s. "recommends" a mouth guard due to wear she sees. I planned to address that at some point but couldnt afford theirs at the time. Yesterday my 2018 crown falls out. ~20 bucks to cement back in but dr s. Refuses to put it back in unless I pay 300 down (who knows how much more) for the night guard mold that I could really get over the counter at a more affordable price. She let me walk out crying with my crown still in a bag that I paid alot to have done refusing to put it back in because I didn't have the money for the night guard. Just because a dr doesn't work there anymore does not mean you don't stand behind YOUR BUSINESS' work. I can't explain how many times this place has made me cry since I've started with them before 2018. I shake with anxiety everytime I have to deal with them. I'm just blown away, sad and frustrated.

Dr Hunt and the dental assistants are phenomenal. They made what would have been a very unfortunate day into a pleasurable one. Who thought the dentist would not be a totally treacherous experience? I have actually followed Hunt to this Aspen office from another location, because she has been nothing short of phenomenal. She is great at explaining things, listens to all of your questions and concerns and answers them with diligence and kindness. Even the front desk staff were extremely diligent and willing to help, all around an awesome office. Thank you all! Appreciate you.

Wasn't horrible, but wasnt great either. Was told they accepted my insurance. They didn't. Xrays & exam were $133, plus next week i get a tooth pulled

Was seen by a Dentist expeditiously. Dentist and all staff members were very professional! A Dental plan was developed immediately with transparent pricing! Payment options were a plus!

The great experience starts when you walk in and receive a genuinely warm welcome. Everyone at this office is friendly, courteous and professional. The owners should be very proud of the great team they have!!!

The dentist was very knowledgeable but on edge. I enjoyed all the kind hygienists and assistants. Incredible mouth scanning technology. Great way of planning your treatment with financing options. I enjoyed everything except the lady dentist who didn't even speak to me face to face but from behind. I plan to continue going there but seeing a different dentist in the practice.

I went in for a consultation they gave me my estimate and I told them that I would have to pay slowly and get work done slowly because I couldn't afford it. So I paid for work to get done because they told me I had to pay ahead of time before I was seen so I did and signed the paperwork for what was going to be done and what I paid for. When I went for the visit I was numb I didn't feel what they were doing we came in apparently fixed all the front teeth I had damage on and when I went up to schedule my next appointment they told me I owed them over $1,700 for work that I did not approve for I told them that I did not ask for that to get done cuz I couldn't afford it I never signed the paperwork that authorized that work to be done yes she did a great job but I couldn't afford it the girl at the front desk remembered me saying this to her numerous times but yet no one has called me back from the facility and I keep getting bill after Bill for something I did not authorize

Was very please with everyone there from the lady at the desk to the Dr. Made me feel very at ease as I had a horrible experience with the last dentist I went to. They accommodated me the whole time! Amazing people! I highly recommend!!

I had a very pleasant visit today. The staff was very nice and informative with what needs to be done. I'm a little self conscious about my smile and they made me feel secure. I would recommend Aspen dental care to all my friends and family. Thank you again and see you soon.
