My overall experienced was excellent. Specially i was coming in as a new patient. Time spent waiting weren't bad at all. From the front desk personnel to the hygienist, assistant and dentist were very friendly and accommodating.

On 10/12/22, I contacted Aspen Dental requesting an appointment to discuss my getting replacement dentures for my current ones. I was delighted that they had an opening the next day, 10/13/22. From the beginning of my appointment, the staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about every phase of the process. They were able to fit me in and did the impressions quickly and accurately. I am looking forward to my second appointment for the first fitting next Wednesday.

I won't be treated at that facility. Got information about being overpriced and not very humanistic approach. Very disappointed It is only about overcharging patients and greed. Have a whatever day.

I absolutely love this office and the staff! Dr. Katz is my favorite dentist, I will not go anywhere else. I had very angry infected teeth that were being removed. She handled my situation with care and respect. At all time she made sure I was good. I panic at dentist offices but not at Aspen on Seminole. Or any Aspen I've personally been in. I highly recommend this location on Seminole Blvd to anybody no matter how big or small your visit is. Thank you again Dr. Katz!! I'm sending anybody I know to you!!

I been going that place for years they thew me out with a bad tooth I didn't do nothing wrong this one lady the 1st day was not nice at all so the next day I asked the x ray tech please don't let her in the room do u know the came into my room grab my pocket book and glasses and then me out just because I told her I don't want her in the room now I can't go to no Aspen can you believe this I know the x ray girl lied cause I didn't say nothing bad but to throw out a 62 year old lady so wrong I am getting a lawyer bad place and I still have the tooth in my mouth so sad that not good service thanks to all that read this

Very caring staff. Fast appointment. Was able to get me started same day with my treatment. Would recommend Aspen dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

I moved here from TN and I have a warranty on my dentures. My dentures cracked and need to be repaired but I can't get into the office until I get established in this office and I can't get an appointment for 8 days. That's a long time to not be able to eat properly or go out in public. I need groceries. Correction: After my negative review they got me in before the weekend but I had to pay for x-rays and an examination before they would fix my denture, so it was like my warranty didn't mean anything until they got some money from me. Oh, and the next day after they fixed the crack, a tooth fell out and I needed yet another repair and though this happened at 1:10pm on Friday, they close at 1 on Friday, so the weekend was a stay at home anyway weekend after all.

My visit far exceeded my expectations. Everyone took really good care of me; I was greeted warmly and was called back in a timely fashion. The staff was professional and courteous. I was even scheduled in for my cleaning while I was there. It was wonderful that they were so flexible to accommodate me. The hygienist, Allen, was wonderful. He had such a gentle hand; he made the procedure practically pain free and he was very patient with me. I had such anxiety coming in for my visit because I've been mistreated and hurt badly at other practices, but Aspen Dental and their staff was great. Ariel at the front desk answered all my questions about my treatment plan and helped me plan ahead. I can't remember the last time I left a dentist's office without crying, so thank you so so much!

I feel like Aspen Dental is geared toward new patients. They don't care about the current patients, anymore. Their new desk clerk needs to be trained in customer service. She doesn't even show any feelings of sympathy. I had to wait for a few hours to get hold of this lady and when I finally did she didn't even tell me why she let me wait. So I finally showed up in person but same thing she is just not fit to be in the front desk. Can't even make an appointment to have my denture repaired this week. What is going on with this clinic?
