Let me tell you about my experience with Delta Dental. Want a horrible experience then I got one. I paid upfront to the tune of $1500. I got 2 teeth filled and a deep cleaning. Big mistake! After the deep cleaning, my mouth bleed for seven days. After trying to get someone to see me, I was told that it was "nothing" and there "nothing they could do." When I finally saw someone at Aspen Dental, all they did was whisper behind my back and treat like a senile old lady. Long story, short. NEVER SEE THEM! Oh, it is the Lakeland FL office. That's my review.

Left with what I thought was a plan, then called back no plan they said can't help me. Aggressive periodontal disease,what am I supposed to do. That's like saying we have a place for you to live,then putting you out in the streets.

Was early and they took me right in. Ran several exams. Very good service. Very pleased with the care I received.

I went to Aspen Dental with a broken tooth and a lot of pain. They were very nice and explain to me all the procedure and acomodate me with my health issues. The only thing I can say thank you Aspen Dental.

I scheduled an appointment. They asked me for all my information, then they send me an email to fill out a questionnaire and send a photo of my insurance, I confirm the appointment. And when I showed up at the office, first the receptionist treated me badly and after she asks me for my ID and insurance cards, she told me that they don't accept my health insurance. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

They don't tell you any details about insurance and hidden fees when you schedule a first visit with them! Shady!

I needed an appt right away and they got me in the same day that I called and took excellent care of my tooth issue. It was my first time at Aspen Dental and I was very impressed with how genuinely friendly all of the staff was. I will recommend Aspen dental to anyone looking for a great dentist. And I will certainly continue to see them for my dental needs.

They were awesome. From the time I entered the office. Everyone from front reception to the Dr. The tech to Brigette as I ended my visit and was leaving EVERYONE WAS AMAZING . YOU DEFINITELY PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE. THANK YOU

Staff was courteous and helpful. I was given a price that was suppose to be locked in for that location, but they did not honor that price and charged me more. Aspen needs to address that problem.

Update on wisdom tooth extraction!! I had my wisdom teeth taken out back in March and it is now June and I still have dry sockets from the procedure. I complained about this issue after a few weeks of them not healing and had to get them cleaned out. They were cleaned, but not covered or stitched or anything. This has been an absolute terrible experience for me all around. I won't be going back.
