The black male assistant started preparing the tools with no gloves and new tattoo on forearm still wet...and even though I asked nicely...I had to worry about him making something dirty on purpose since I made him do his job correctly. Usually I had good experience at Largo Aspen but will never go back to this Lakeland office. Also, no pain medication for the extraction when the previous dentist gave it to me on different extraction...as well as the form this office gave me says take your prescribed pain medicine. No wonder the office seemed not that busy for an Aspen. Also went for emergency work and office manager had no idea why I was there trying to sell non urgent stuff. Corporate really needs to do some mystery appointments because it's very unsanitary for an Aspen Dental. Also, because I've had blood tests to check for everything in the last 3 years and can bring witnesses and camera footage that I haven't dated at all...so if I did catch something from this extraction that i really had no choice but to go through with...I will be able to trace it back to this office and the whole corporation could get sued. I'm not a litigious person but I would definitely deserve to be compensated when the dentist didn't even bring a different assistant like I asked.

Lab tech Kelly is amazing. Her attention to detail and commitment to making things fit perfectly is very commendable. She is the little Elf on the shelf lol. Everything she has done to help make my smile me has been excellent. She is funny, sweet straight forward and has an amazing personality. I would not trust anyone else to my smile. Niecey is also an amazing lady has been with me since day one and is also the reason I keep coming back. Just amazing !

The staff and Dr. Paisley renderes very good patient service to my 92-year old mother, who had broken her lower denture. We were taken in, on an emergency/walk-in basis, at 11:30 AM. The denture was repaired and returned by 5:00 PM! Cassie contacted the insurance company, who had initially disclaimed coverage, and prompted them to review the policy, which revealed coverage for the repair. The only difficulty we had is managing my mother's walker and the doors, as there is no automatic door button.

They were able to get me in last minute, I've had a toothache I've been ignoring. They took an exam, told me the issue. Because I currently have no insurance they were able to set me up with a payment plan same day. I was very grateful for the whole experience really, they were very nice to me and fast for me.

I set up an appointment on jun 11th for a tooth extraction on their veteran's day. Tooth was infected so they gave me a course of antibiotics and we scheduled an appointment for the next Saturday with my elderly mother right behind me as I set it. That Saturday 6/18 I showed up 30 mins prior to my appointment with noone in the parking lot. Stayed 45 mins then left. That Monday I called to find out what happened the front desk rudely argued with me that I never set an appointment. Then scheduled me for the 5th and had to beg to get a refill for antibiotics to last me until then. The 5th rolls around and they barely numb the area and start drilling into the tooth. When I jumped shes said it's still infected that it'll take oral surgery to get it out and gave me a different antibiotic and sent me home saying call tomorrow for the oral surgeon schedule. The 6th I called and was told they're booked til August. Today 7/13 I ran out of my prescription and called to get a refill and called and called and called. It would ring for 3 mins then hang up no answering machine. I call the corporate office number and they get a busy tone. They tell me they're going to place a complaint and to call the emergency number. The emergency number tells me they're closed for the day and that they'll send dr paisley a message to get my script filled. 3 hours later I get to the pharmacy and no script has been entered. This entire establishment is a complete and utter joke I wouldn't let them touch my dog's teeth and I'd go to a alley dentist before I let this place anywhere near the inside of mouth ever again.

They have wonderful payment plans for those of us who aren't rich enough to dish out $3000+ immediately. I got all my cavities filled clean and pulled when necessary and now I'm up to date. Everything was done within a month and the staff was amazing. They made sure I couldn't feel the fillings because of my problems with my last dentist. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Especially, Xavier. He was professional, courteous and funny. Great personality. Aspen Dental is fortunate to have him. The kid is smart, ambitious, and definitely going places. Thank you Xavier.

Horrible experience. I specifically called and set an appointment for a routine cleaning and to check on a tooth I believed to be chipped. I was not a first time patient. I went in for the exam and after having to wait for well over 30 mins to meet with a doctor I was told that this was just an initial exam and they might have time for a cleaning. When I was told of the price for the cleaning I did not want to proceed forward. Not once have they asked me for my insurance information and my current id information. After reading the price breakdown they based it off of my old address and dental insurance. Please make sure you have the CURRENT information from your customers. I literally just wasted my time going there and work hours that I can't make up!
