I was a new patient. Everything went efficiently, staff were knowledgeable and talking out each step they were doing and why. I felt well informed, and that kind of thing makes me feel secure. Thank you all from front desk and Dr.Rami, Julian, Jonathen and Diana

First I would like to state I have a pure phobia of the dentist! Everything hurts and scares the living hell out of me! I had to come in for some tooth pain, I have some work that needs to be done! Let me say, the compassion of the staff is out of this world! From the person doing my X-rays, to the hygienist, as well as the dentist! Everyone was so compassionate, understanding, and overall made me feel just a little better about being there! I left feeling hopeful, and looking forward to working with them to bring me the smile I truly deserve!

Worse place ever. Made my boyfriend an appointment to get his tooth pulled. Told them he was in extreme pain and it's an emergency. When his appointment was coming up they called and canceled?!?!

Front desk lady horrible rude, don't even admit their mistakes, they messed up with my scheduled appointment and didn't call me or inform me at all!!! They me as a walk-in patient. No issues with dentist though.

Complete waste of my wifes time. 2 hours wasted when she went in for teeth cleaning and left without the cleaning. This place is ran like an ideal image, very uncharacteristic of a dental office. Staff just likes to argue and roll their eyes, which is very unprofessional. The dentists here must not be familiar with the way endocarditis works, so their Gingivitis treatment plan" or whatever they call it is not ideal. Genetic problems cannot be fixed, yes preventative maintenance can prevent progression, but being aggressive isn't always the best course of action.

Dr Nye, Jonathan, Julian and every staff member was extremely nice and I feel like I got amazing care. I was a bit overwhelmed by the care plan and toothbrush I kept being asked if I wanted to buy. I went in for a sore/broken wisdom tooth which was determined to be too dangerous to remove unless a surgeon does it. So I wasn't able to appreciae the long term vision of an expensive list of cleanings, scaling, irrigations and fillings that they recommended because I was focused on my sore tooth and having to plan for surgery. So I'm taking all that extra as them being focused on my long term care instead of seeing it as sales focused but I have seen that mentioned in other reviews so food for thought if you have difficulty with feeling obligated to buy or participate in what is suggested to you by a medical professional.

Reception could use some lesson in kindness. I got guilted into not getting my crown because I couldn't afford it. I am having server jaw pain around my temp crown and I was told "well it's a temp". Like that explains why I'm having pain when I didn't at any time before this past Monday. The staff for dental work are great though.

I've worn dentures for years and the set that I got from this place is absolutely the very worst set of dentures I have ever had! Every time they adjusted them they just made another problem in another space. Thank God my insurance is paying someone else for new dentures because what I got from Aspen was absolutely terrible! A close friend warned me not to go there and then fortunately I went anyway. He had an even worse experience than me, Costing him a ridiculous amount of money! If this post would let me say zero stars that is what I would give them but it won't post this unless I use the stars so I gave them one which they didn't deserve!

Greatest dentist ever Racist staff. Clearly didn't want to assist me by ignoring me and making me wait 20 minutes to ask 1 question with only 1 patient in office waiting the whole time then when I changed my mind about choosing to use this office I asked for my X-ray all of sudden I was the angry black woman. But when I'm at work I always give quality service so I expect quality service. I paying them for a service. they work for me

In March, a tooth of mine broke off that was situated behind and supporting a veneer. I made an appointment at Aspen Dental on Baldwin in Lake Orion to build the tooth back up to support the veneer, so that the veneer would not break off. The dentist proceeded to work on my tooth and I went home afterwards and looked at it in the mirror. To my horror, the dentist did not build up the tooth at all. He instead had ground the tip of the veneer off to make it level with the broken tooth behind it. I called the office later that week to tell them what had happened. The receptionist said that she would talk to the dentist and that I would receive a reply back soon. I never heard a word. A few days ago, I recounted this story to the customer service person at the office. She then scheduled an appointment for me to come in on 08-10-2022 at 12:00 noon, to have the tooth fixed. She told me it would have to be with the same dentist who had ground my tooth down in the first place. (This didn't seem to make sense. I had actually hoped to get this issue remedied at another Aspen Dental center, because I felt uneasy going back to the same place where the dentist indiscriminately shaved off the end of my tooth. Yet, this is the Aspen Dental Way... I showed up at the 12:00 noon appointment early. I signed in, sat in the waiting room until my appointed time, then was called back into a room with a dentist's chair at 12:00. A hygienist came in and said the dentist would be with me shortly. I sat in the chair for what seemed like forever and overheard a conversation that "the dentist who had ground my tooth off was not in the office today" and something to the effect that "if this veneer wasn't installed in our office, it is not under our warranty." I also overheard that the dentist who would now be working on my tooth was a new dentist with just one week at the Aspen Dental office. So, I waited in the chair. The minutes ticked by. I waited until 12:50 PM, and still no dentist. I got up and walked out. I haven't heard back from them since.

Dr.Nye was very professional nice and understanding. Ethan was funny helpful kind and kept me comfortable, Jonathan helped me through the paperwork and did not let me leave confused I would love to be apart of their family. All smiles here

Friendly staff, but seemed behind schedule today. We had 2 appointments - one at 10 one at 11. The 10am appointment was not called back until 10:40. The 11:00 was w/in 15 min of the scheduled time. Financially flexible. Cleanings seemed a bit fast w/ a lot less polishing than at previous dental providers, and no flossing afterwards. This was a first visit so not sure if this is a typical experience.
