The Staff of Lake Geneva Aspen Dental are all amazing. They give me confidence in what they are doing, they are thorough, they explain what the plan is, they work with you and your budget and time to get your dental work done. Well done, Dr. Cox and the rest of the Aspen Dental Staff!

This place is comparable to a shady car mechanic looking to take your hard earned money. I setup an appointment to get a wisdom tooth pulled that has been causing me lots of pain, walked out 40 minutes later without getting any work done & with a very expensive list of work I "needed" done before I can get ONE tooth extracted. Went somewhere else a day later & got everything I NEEDED done & didn't cost me very much. Aspen has been a terrible experience for me & I obviously won't be back. I recommend looking somewhere else to anybody that needs dental work.

1st Appt, OUTSTANDING already! Appt availability in Lk Geneva was great! Paperwork was simple n straightforward! Had a wonderful experience with my 3D scan n x-rays. The associate was kind, gentle n compassionate about my mouth restrictions during x-rays. Dr Cox was phenomenal! She saw my issue and asked about my other dental concerns. She came up with some affordable suggestions n a game plan. Met with their payment counselor, who was knowledgeable and gave me great financial options. Am recommending family members n friends!

I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, at a lot of different dental offices..I am really scared of going to the dentist based on painful and uncaring treatment at previous dental offices. This place is different! Everyone one of the staff that I met was so kind and understanding of my fears. They all put me at ease, explained what was happening next and were encouraging. I have to go back for some additional work next week and my stress over it is eased based on knowing that I will be cared for by the staff. I highly recommend this office.

Me and my boyfriend are just baffled at there policies here! They told us both we needed Periodontal Maintenance on the 4 Quads. I can tell you that this would take a long cleaning, but was out in 30 min. The cleaning was no more then a normal cleaning! Also less then 1 year after a full mouth of X-rays they said I needed to do another full mouth of X rays, that is not right it should of only been at the most bite wing X-Rays. So from what we see here is very much just them trying to get more money! Beware!! Just go to a normal Dentist in your area. I have seen my new Dentist now and they said I have no Periodontal Disease and the cleaning was so wonderful. Aspen Dental should be ashamed of themselves.
