So far, so good - friendly and outgoing staff and doctor, who did their best to make me comfortable and understand my needs. They saved me a couple of extra visits by staying late today, and I am excited to see the results after next week, instead of several weeks and visits later!

Absolutely the best experience possible. I was traumatized when I had a wisdom pulled by another office ,but today was an experience to remember didn't feel a thing I was informed ever time something new came up and super gentle but effective. Ty so very much aspen I believe it was the oral Sergon who extracted painful broken teeth today I'm forever greatful!

The entire staff at Aspen Dental are fantastic! It's been YEARS since I've had any dental work done. Finally putting myself first! Dr Acosta is so friendly, as is everyone else in the office. Dr Acosta explained my treatment plan. Surprisingly, I'm looking forward to seeing a better smile and better dental health before the holidays. I'm a happy person. Thank you so much to everyone at Aspen Dental.

I've been here about several times. although I haven't been seen in awhile (because of covid) I called my dentist office an told them I needed a emergency tooth extraction and needed to make a emergency appointment. I told them my pain level which is an has been above a 10. Now I have been happy with this office all the way up untill they didn't care that one of their patients/customers were in unimaginable pain. I was then told they don't do emergency appointments (even though they do) an was told that they could get me in at the end of September. I have two children that I have to attend to. My oldest just turned 7 an my youngest just turned 3. I have a very high tolerance for pain. But they expect me to stay with this pain untill September? This is not the first wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled. I've dealt with the pain of this tooth for a couple years but now the pain level is so bad I can barely make it through the day.. But my lovely dentist office didn't care. They make you feel like "they care" but when it comes down to it.. they could truly care less about the pain your in. I'm truly so disappointed in this dentist office

I highly recommend Dr. Acosta! I had to go today for a extraction (never had one before) He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He generally cares about his patients. Thank you again Dr. Acosta! You are wonderful! Also, the sweet lady at the desk and his dental assistant was wonderful as well

Had an amazing experience at Aspen dental in Lake City Florda! Doctor Acosta & his dental assistant Sadarius were amazing at caring for me throughout my visit! They go the extra mile to ensure comfortability & provide the best oral health care! We discussed all treatment options down to the financials! The office manager Megan provided me with all financial options & listened to all my questions and concerns! I think it's safe to say I have found my dental home!

I made an appointment with Aspen Dental through UnitedHealth (appointment for my mom) all information was verified Aspen Dental said that they take my insurance verified that they are participating providers of my insurance. The appointment was 2 months out so when I did go to the appointment they told me they no longer take my insurance. And wanted to know if I wanted to pay for the service out of pocket if I could pay out of pocket I wouldn't need insurance. It's really a game at least that's what it seemed to be to me very disappointed after waiting all that time and could not be seen, my mom need dentures this is the third appointment I've had with various dentists trying to get dentures each one did the exact same thing that Aspen Dental did the day of the appointment said that they do not take the insurance anymore, there should be a law this is very unfair if they was taking the insurance at the time they gave me the appointment then I should be automatically grandfathered in....,

I went in extremely nervous as I hate the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and acknowledged the fact that I was anxious. They made the apt very easy from check in to check out, fast, efficient, and VERY friendly!
