Never in my 30 yrs of having seen a dentist have I ever been through such a thorough exam. Dr. Guillory and her staff were phenomenal. Multiple xrays but what was most impressive was the 3D photo of your mouth and teeth that your actually looking at exactly what the doctor is seeing and able to give precise explanation of all findings. Office manager does phenomenal job of explaining detailed dental care and future visits for scheduling too. Very amazed with Aspen Dental and highly recommend!

Was not happy about coming here. Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for the 13th at 1:30pm. I work night shift so I had to sacrifice some sleep. Get here at 1:25 and there isn't a soul around, out at lunch sign is up. So I wait, finally at 2:00 someone shows up. Finally at 2:15 I'm told my appointment was scheduled for the previous day. Absolutley ridiculous and unprofessional. Never attempting another visit here again.

The worst place ever to go for dentures. I now am in the process of getting an attorney. They do horrible work and lie to you. Contacting bbb. They haven't heard the last of me. Just asking for half my money back. I have cancer and do not need this additional stress. Will be sueing also for mental distress.

Aspen messed up their submition of my dental claim to my insurance and submitted it 3 times. This made the insurance agreed price deduction of 1278 dollars not reflect on my bill because of technical errors. I called them and emailed them multiple times and they agreed that it was an error and would fix it. I didn't hear anything from them for a while and now my bill has been sent to collections over their mistakes. I have proof of this so I'm not too concerned about the collections but it was extremely unprofessional on their part.

Everyone made me feel at ease. With having past dental trauma, they took the time to explain everything, gave me choices about my care plan. It was overall very pleasant (as pleasant as it could be after it being a LONG time since my last appointment) thank you Aspen Dental, Lake Charles

I had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Guillory did great. The worse thing was the numbing shot. Thank you Dr. Guillory for always taking great care of me.

I had a scheduled appointment with them and they communicated with my insurance. Upon my arrival a front desk attendant told me they are not taking new patients??? They knew I was new patient and they scheduled me a month before!!!

I called the office the day before and was instructed to be at the office when they open on Thursday. So when we got there I was told that there doctor was out of town and they were not seeing new patients. When I told the receptionist that they had told me to show up she said, "we have over a 1,000 offices nationwide and they did not know what they were talking about. My tooth was hurting really bad so we left and thankfully a non-national dentist could see me in an hour. So I made an appointment at Robinson's dental and had a wonderful experience with them. I had a dentist but I was not in my home town. I would rather die than show up to another rude reception at one of Aspen's 1,000+ national offices and would encourage anyone with an emergency to seek help from more compassionate and professional people!!!!!

I can't begin to describe the relief i got going here....the staff was unbelievably fast and nice and informative... I don't have insurance which makes dental care a nonfactor in my life, I had fillings done when I was 16 and one fell out and then the tooth broke and it was painful...the staff quickly got me x-rays and helped me out and they pulled my tooth and it's just much better now... I'm hoping I'll be able to get back there because they were great. Again the staff deserves the biggest tightest hug because they were beyond amazing and quick and informative...

I didn't have a good experience with them. It took them weeks to verify my insurance. I had to keep calling back to follow up. They finally scheduled my 1st appointment. I took my time off. They sent me an email to cancel my appointment. I called to reschedule and took my time off again. They sent me another email to cancel my appointment. Called them back and finally came in for Cleaning and filling. Filled a small spot at the corner of my teeth. 2 days after my filling, it came right off. Came back and got it redone. A few weeks later, it came off again. I called the front desk to schedule another appointment to get it fix. She told me I need to put a crown over my teeth to fix that small corner, and I need to pay another almost 500 for it with insurance and discount. I asked her if I could come in to fill that 1 corner, and I will pay for it the 2nd time. She said NO and it's the only option I have. I explained my concerns, and she told me if I wanted to go somewhere else then BYE. After paying for that visit, I received another bill for it and still walk around with a teeth missing a corner. It's a very poor service I have ever received.
