Staff was super friendly and helpful. The dentist was AMAZING! He really took the time to answer all of my questions and had a fantastic personality. It was my first time there and I felt so welcome. I would HIGHLY recommend

After being frustrated by my last dentist, it was refreshing to meet friendly staff who listened to me and gave me options that met my needs and finances!! So excited for my new smile!

The people are nice but spent 2 hrs there just to get a quote to pull a tooth. Never did get a call with a quote. Going to a different dentist today.

I have NO idea how Aspen Dental has almost a 5 star rating. It has to be rigged1 star is too many. The workers are nice enough but Aspen Dental on the whole is a money making operation only. I was new in Florida and wasn't able to find a small dentist so I went to Aspen. They push the Exam and X-rays so hard (this makes money). Not only did they do X-rays and an exam they did this scan (they are looking for something to charge more for) that was invasive. The dentist looked 12 years old and she declared my teeth in need of a 'deep cleaning' because 4 of my teeth were labeled as a '5'. I got over that though I am meticulous about my teeth. I go for their 'Periodontal Cleaning' aka deep cleaning and they want to numb my gums for 4 teeth (more money) and the 12 year looking dentist is doing the cleaning. It took less than 10 minutes and it was expensive and the office staff told me I have excellent insurance (a sign they are going to charge you more). THEN the office lady said she would be in touch when the 'special' cleaning would be. Well I forgot and remembered today so I called. That cleaning was in February and no one ever got back to me because they don't have a hygienist. WTH why didn't you tell me that in February? Office lady today told me to contact another Aspen so I did. You know what they told me? We can't schedule for a cleaning because you need X-rays and exam. She looked at my record and it says everything I had done. The office on Wedgewood the girl on the phone said she understood but it was an Aspen Policy. Aspen dental should re-examine their 'policy' or at least be flexible about it. This is ridiculous.

I don't remember the doctor even introducing himself. I thought I saw Dr Pimentel and did t find out differently until I had called back in to reschedule my next appt to fill cavities.

Absolutely amazing staff. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out I was nothing but happy and very pleased with everyone in the office. They actually show you that they care about you and jot just another person walking in there door. They treat you as an individual and make your experience with them show that you made the right decision by choosing Aspen Dental

Have a serious dental issue. No one at this location during hours of operation, doors were locked. No one was answering the phone. Had to leave a voicemail. Received a call back hours later to be told I couldn't be seen until next week. New customer appointments are available all week, including tomorrow morning. Existing patients get pushed back. The woman on the phone said because they had already seen me about the issue months ago, like I'm being punished? The most insane conversation I've ever had with a dentist's office.

I went to the Aspen Dental on Rt. 466 in the Villages near the Neighborhood Walmart. I had a wonderful experience. From the timely notifications to being fit in for a cleaning.

I would give zero if I could. They were unable to properly send a prescription for over a week, on multiple occasions I tried to contact them and they would not answer there phone or call back when I left a message. P.S the lady at the front desk was the only good part of the experience. P.P.S it is now 2 months later and I am still having issues with this office not sending my X-Rays to my new office.

The foreign dentist told my daughter she has an abscess which clearly looking in her mouth she doesn't and she said my daughter has Gingivitis, which she does not. This lady will clearly say anything to make money off the insurance companies. DON'T USE ASPEN DENTAL THEY ARE RUDE, THEY LIE AND WILLING TO LIE TO MAKE MORE MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANIES! This is the worst dentist office in the state of Florida. DON'T USE ASPEN DENTAL!

My husband and I are new in this area and wanted a dentist who also is nationwide in services. Aspen Dental was referred to us by one of their patients and we have been very happy with the service and expertise. The office is well run, everyone knows what they are doing and the comprehensive evaluation found my husband didn't need a thing but I had a decay under a large cavity and the beginnings of an infection in a dead tooth. The evaluation saved me from suffering from an abscess and the referral to the endodonist was successful. We travel most 6 months of the year and having seen Aspen Dental in our travels was the right choice for us.Dr. Pal is an excellent diagnostician and dentist and her assistant (cannot remember her name) is equally excellent and professional. She matched my crown color to my teeth and explained every step of the way. I am a nervous and compliant patient and the communications along the way was calming.
