I can't even express how happy I am with my new dentures! After a horrific experience with another company I turned to Aspen ! They take their time, they listen to your needs, address your concerns! Every member of the staff here has been fantastic and so kind. I highly recommend this company! Pricing was straight forward and affordable! Thank you for making me smile again today! -Amy

They told me in office that my bill had been satisfied but then billed me months later anyway and blamed it on my insurance, even though insurance was never supposed to be involved in what I had done. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere that has a better reputation and knows what they are doing.

I am sadly very disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental. I went in to get a filling replaced and was told that I needed a root canal done, but I can not afford it. I'm in so much pain I asked them to please pull the tooth, but have to wait 2 more days for them to do it. The dentist saw me for less than 10 mins and I had to pay $100 for the so called exam. They offered me no help for pain relief and they don't even care that I have a very rare chronic pain disease in my right side of body and endure unimaginable pain everyday. The last thing I need is more pain. Where is the compassion? Not here.

I'm extremely frightened of the dentist and I told them while scheduling my appointment and they reassured me everything would be OK. And, it was probably the best experience I've had at the dentist. Everyone was very kind and understanding and explained everything to me before they did it. I can't stress enough how understanding they are with people like me who have a fear of the dentist. They make you very comfortable. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. I was so impressed, I actually scheduled an appointment to come back for a cleaning and that is not something I normally do. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you Aspen Dental in LaVale. Also an extra special thanks to Britt. Hope I remembered your name properly and a special thanks to Dr. Allen, you made the tooth extraction quick and painless and you were also very understanding and kind.

Aspen dental in lavale MD is awesome. Had horrible tooth pain and need a oral surgeon however after asking the dentist to plz pull it out she didn't turn me away. And after signing consent and one episode of golden girls they had it out...all I can say is thank you for being a friend....lol

So first of all my name is Brandon Greise. I went to this dental office with a bad tooth and these people took super good care of me. First I went to the DA her name was Britt and she was funny and super respectful got me started with x-rays and new patient intake. Hygienist Katherine and Kathleen both checked and cleaned my teeth answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. then we got Ginger Dr Allen's assistant she was super cool and I was a nervous wreck about my tooth being taken out but she was super cool and helped me calm down. Dr Allen was quick about taking my tooth out I didn't feel a thing super professional and answered all questions and further by explaining everything alone with Ginger . The front desk lady Katie super nice and will help with anything 10/10 highly recommend these people .

The worst dentist I have ever encountered and I have had several extractions. Never mind that she is not personable or welcoming or talk to a patient even for a minute, as long as she's good at what she does. When she injected the local anaest w/o giving time enough for the topical to take effect, i felt that injection so bad that i felt my body heaved and her and the dental asst knew it too. After that she got called and was for away for almost half an hour!! Did she excuse herself or apologize when she got back? No she didn't! She just said to the air, not even to my face, that I will need more topical anesthesia ...she thinks??? when she was gone for 30mins! And I cried, so embarrassing, but this is the first time that this happened to me with a dentist. I was crying and almost screaming even with her hand in mouth, but what did she say the whole time and after? "It's alright, it's out", and just left. And the dental asst told me that she will let me out when i regain my composure. This is beyond trauma. The dentist's name is Dr.Allen. I called their ofc as soon a I got home and related whoever answered that phone. Did they apologize or convey empathy at least? No they didn't. It's a shame because I like the hygienist and is planning to go through the treatment plan but I don't want to see that dentist ever again! And they are not cheap as they advertised on TV, I was charged $274 for that horrific extraction! My extractions from other places are not that expensive. Please don't go to this place, the staff may be ok but the dentist is not.

My experience with this office was absolutely horrible. After waiting almost an hour the lady came in with messy hair and a weird outfit and didn't even introduce herself. She then proceeded to argue with me and my dad about the whole situation. Mind you, I am in the process of getting braces, I don't have room in mouth for anymore teeth so they were gonna pull it anyway. Well this tooth has been giving me SOOO much pain it is absolutely unbearable. I haven't slept or went to school or done anything. I just wanted it out. We explained this to her a couple times and she argued. My orthodontist referred us to get the tooth pulled out but she still argued. She then put numbing gel on my gums with a q-tip and injected me with navacain to numb me. She still proceeded to tell us that I need a root canal. But I certainly did not. This tooth is broken, it just needs pulled. Then another lady came and got me and my dad and took us to a billing room. My dad paid and after almost another hour she came in and said she didn't want to do it and she was uncomfortable. She then told us that she called my primary dentist and my orthodontist and they "agreed that I needed a root canal" which was a lie. They didn't agree to it, they wanted me to get it pulled out, the pain was intolerable. She argued non stop, told me I would look really bad with a hole in my mouth, said lots of unprofessional things and didn't look or act professional. I wish I could give this place no stars but the one is for the other staff who wasn't absolutely rude. They are only money hungry. Horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend this dentistry. But I do recommend Doctor Hijab. My mom called and explained the situation and he got me in immediately and pulled my tooth in less than 30 minutes. I don't understand why "doctor" Darcy Allen would think this is acceptable. Never going back. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.
