This has been a 15-month nightmare. Two post and cores I was told would take four months, have turned into an additional brand new five-unit bridge, so many delays, appointment reschedules, and excuses I've lost count and an unconcerned dentist who just kept on and on when he knew nothing about how to fix this. He beat on the abutment tooth so long trying to remove the bridge that I now have been on three rounds of antibodies due to an infection that developed above that abutment tooth. This all started in August, 2021. It is now November, 2022 and I sit and wait for whatever the next chapter of this nightmare brings. NEVER GO TO DR. ALTAWATY in New Braunfels Texas. It will be a mistake for your pocketbook, your time, and your patience. OH! End a huge mistake for your teeth!

The receptionist Frances is so unhelpful, I asked if I could get my records sent to my previous dental office and she stated I had to call cooperate when I asked for the number she said to google it. I called Aspen management and they stated she does have access to do send over my records. The other day I was there I was mistaken by someone else and payed $250. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm and I put it my calendar literally once she told me the time I was going to be scheduled at, when I go she said it was at 12. The back office was nice and amazing the first time I was there. There front desk is just not nice or helpful. I also asked them if they could fax over my dental paper to my orthodontist and the lady said yes and when I called because my orthodontist said they didn't have it she said there fax machine does not work, I don't understand why she said she could fax it if the fax machine never worked in the first place. She then told me to go pick it up which I did and the front desk then said I could not have it signed because I had to make another appointment. Why tell me I can pick it up if it wasn't signed and nor was I able to have it signed. The whole point of my appointment was to get the paper signed. I have never had to have a follow up visit just to get my cleaning papers signed. This was all just a waste of time. I don't recommend going here! Front desk sucks

I went this morning, because my son cracked his tooth. Once I walked in the door I knew we went to the right place! Frances at the front counter is so sweet, professional and helpful! My family will start using Aspen Dental Kyle now!

I am an out of pocket patient, and my finances haven't been correct since day one. The receptionist has been very rude. The office manager is kind, but I was told I was approved for an certain dollar amount (financing) and now am left paying out of pocket so much money. I just don't feel right about this place. And I've been shuffled around so quickly without being given proper time and care. I had my wisdom teeth removed, the codes were done incorrectly which meant I would have to pay an additional $300 which I didn't find out until right before going under anaesthesia. They didn't send me home with any kind of written after care, and the pain is excruciating. I'm really dissatisfied with this place, and definitely considering finding another office to finish out the remainder of my dental work.

Kyle Office: Everyone was great in the beginning. They were not prepared for someone with such a small mouth though. They tried cutting down a tray which did not work. None of the metal trays worked so they did it another way. Had to wait on making the teeth because they ran out of the shade I wanted. Also, the dr picked my shade at first then I asked the tech so I could look at them so I could pick. It was the same shade but still when you get the package that you get to pick the shade of the teeth and gums then I should have been able to pick. I did not pick the shade of the gums, they never asked and I didn't push. I should have cause I am not happy, they are too pink. The best part is now: I got a bill from Aspen saying I owed them 1000. So I called and asked why insurance did not pay and the office manager stated that I signed a paper saying I was responsible so they didn't file with insurance. After going back and forth she then she asked me if I would like for her to file with the insurance again? She had just stated that she didn't file. So I asked her if I signed a paper saying I was responsible then why did she file with insurance? At that point yes I was irritated and a little rude. We went back and forth for a short minute then she hung up on me. I called to try to get corporates number and was given a number that has the same recording as all the other Aspen numbers you call. Sorry this is so long but please if anyone has a number to someone I can call please let me know. I am now worried they will not honor the warranty I have my dentures and I hope I can go to another office because I will not be going back to this office ever. The office manager and some of the other staff (leaving names out but have them all written down) are rude and seem to be covering each other. I will not this go. She hung up on the wrong person.

I had been having tooth pain for over a month. after finally having enough, I called Aspen Dental and they got me in the same day. The staff is pleasant, friendly and professional. Assistant Lauren was great and Dr Liu explained in detail what to expect. I was given an estimate up front, with no hidden costs and treatment was easy and relaxing. Highly recommend!!

I don't normally write reveiws however I can not say enough good things about Aspen dental kyle, to be honest I've had some really discouraging experiences at other dental office but the staff here was nothing short of amazing, they were welcoming, reassuring informative and honest throughout, from the front desk to the doctor and even billing they made whole experience as pleasant as it could be considering the circumstances. If I had to sum it up in one word it would be simply amazing ! Thank you Aspen dental !

I hate dental work! The staff at the Kyle location Aspen Dental are amazing making having to go to the dentist a comfortable, relaxing and bearable experience. The location is convenient, clean and new. The best part, for me personally, is the staff and how I was treated. Definitely somewhere I would recommend to family and friends.

My mother needed dental care and we were very happy with Dr. LIU and the care and attention she gave her. The entire staff is fantastic. Mom now has new dentures and they're helping to get just the right fit for her. Thank you Kyle Team from the bottom of our hearts!

This office is extremely efficient and the staff is very kind. Lexi is delightful at the front desk business manager was very helpful and Dr. Lui is great. Both dental assistants that worked with me we're also very knowledgeable and professional.

I had a great experience. I've read a few other reviews of bad experiences but in my case everyone was so welcoming and place was clean and well organized. I was given treatment and payment options and I was in no way pressured to sign up with them for care but because it was a pleasant experience I opted to get some work done

So far they are great! Very personable & caring yet professional &they don't make me feel judged at all for my appearance with my teeth. And with my insurance they are the most affordable place I've found& I've spoken to & even had the initial exam with several other places in hays County. I also really like that they do everything in office so you don't hv to go to multiple places for surgery, extraction, impressions, dentures, implants..its all right there. Thank you aspen dental!
