Thank you all so much. I've needed care for a long time and today went much better than I could've possibly imagined. It might have been just another day for y'all but it's one I'll never forget. I really appreciate all of your help.

They were really nice and helped get me financing on my up and coming dental work. Dr. KP was great and funny. The only complaint was how cold it was in there Turn up the heat y'all!

I have to a few Aspen Dental Facilities. Even in other states. This experience has been the best by FAR. From the front desk clerk to smiling abd being greetful to the dentist assistant Antoina. One of the favorites to my HYGIENIST Hanna then the Dentist himself DR LUNDY. ABSOLUTELY STELLAR SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE THUS FAR!! I hate the DENTIST but you don't know you just changed my life. Thank you so much great job! 10 out of 10 stars

I normally don't like to write reviews, but in this case I have to. Don't fall for their first visit low price because they will come up with all kids of procedures you don't need to maximize their profits. After going to their clinic, I did get a second opinion from another dentist who quoted me thousands of dollars less to fix the dental issues I am having. On top of that, a few days later after they quoted me with that outrageous amount, they had the gall to email me a coupon for 25% off their services. Yeah, like I am going to go back. My suggestion, don't trust them and make sure to get a second opinion.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Patel explained everything throughout the exam, as did his hygienist. I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and filling out first visit paperwork on an iPad was easy.

You all helped me right away it was the best service I have ever received from a dental care place! I was so upset over my dentures being broke but you took a look and had them fixed with in a few hours! Thank you all for everything!

I was nervous going to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out but my oral surgeon was super nice and understanding if I ever had to get anything removed again I'd definitely go back to him. I didn't get his name unfortunately. The front desk girls are extremely welcoming and nice!!! And the lady who cleaned my teeth was amazing Definitely made me feel more comfortable about going to the dentist in the future! Cheers to a smooth recovery

Edit- Thanks for my feedback? Yea, no problem. This place is a joke and deserves another lawsuit! I went to the Oak Ridge location where I began treatment with Motto aligners. At a certain point in treatment (pretty much the end) week 17/22 my aligners weren't shifting my teeth correctly. They removed my attachments to make new aligners. I waited from April until Sept and heard nothing from them. I finally go down in person and ask about the aligners. They say they have them, even though they never notified me. I then made the appt to get the attachments reapplied. Well, when they were reapplied the job was not done the same way it was the first time. The composite that forms the attachments was all over my teeth and the attachments themselves were not even fully shaped to attach to the aligners. I call back to let them know and they schedule me to come back two days later. When I show up that day they ask to speak with me for a second and they tell me that their Orthodontist sent an email saying I didn't necessarily need the attachments and I could continue treatment without them since my teeth didn't need to shift that much and they would remove the attachments from two days prior. I asked to see the email, to which the front desk lady replied, oh sure, what's your email and asks me to have a seat. (Still haven't seen the email they claimed to have gotten). Next thing I know, the office manager comes and takes me to her desk to talk. Where she proceeds to tell me that they will refund me my money for the Motto treatment. Because they were just going to stop all treatment on Motto since they have had too many complaints/issues and don't even have a smile advisor (the people trained to apply the attachments)on location. (Turns out it was a trial run of their wanna be version of Invisalign, which they fail to mention when you sign up). I said, oh ok, so what does that mean? She says you'll get all the money back for that treatment and you should hear from the (I guess) region manager in a few days. She goes on to say that if I want to continue treatment there for other things I was welcome to. I take her word for it and leave. Well, a few days went by and I receive a letter saying I'm no longer welcome at any Aspen Dental location and still no word about the refund. At this point I know I'm getting the run around. Why should I have to pay for a treatment that I did not receive? How can they half way shift your teeth, then say oh, we aren't gonna do that anymore and force me to pay for it? I went to the office today to get clarification and supposedly Deanna will call me in a few days. We shall see, however everyone should beware of doing business with Aspen Dental. Especially, the one in Oak Ridge!!

My first experience at Aspen on Kingston Pike. It was a very good visit. Everyone was very efficient as they moved through the process. I feel good about continuing my treatment with them

Terrible experience, we made an appointment 15 days before, they called to confirm the appointment, they sent a message and it was confirmed again and yesterday we attended the appointment and they told us that there is no appointment registered in the name. The closest in another week and they don't give a better solution or priority because of their mistake. My boyfriend stopped working to attend his appointment and they don't respect the schedules. Very disappointed

Today was very refreshing experience..... I definitely enjoyed my hygienist, much needed cleaning was a pleasant! My new dentist Dr Moreno will take a little more warming up to but I'm sure once a relationship is established we'll be okay. Looking forward to my next visit
