Staff was nice, but felt like treatment plan / costs were high. They tell you all that is wrong, then run you through what feels like a used car sales pitch.

I have had numerous dental procedures and decided to forego a dentist for years. My teeth need some serious work, I went in today for a root scaling and deep cleaning. I want to give a shout out to my girl Jay, she is one of the best hygienist I have ever been to. She explained everything to me in detail even though I have been through this numerous times. She is very friendly, outgoing and the most important is gentle.

I truly believe they are scamming their patients and will never return. After visiting a highly reputable dentist's office regularly for years and never having any issues with my oral health, I went to Aspen because it seemed more affordable after losing insurance. It didn't take 5 minutes before a hygienist, who seemed to be under 21, briefly looked at my teeth and diagnosed me with a gum disease that was going to require local anaesthetic for all of my cleanings going forward and, of course, cost significantly more. It feels as though they are trying to sell you something rather than helping you care for your teeth. When I voiced my concern, I was given the option by the same hygienist to leave if I did not like the way they did things. I walked out, reversed everything that had been done leading up to that, and will not return again. I wish to warn everyone to stay away unless you want to be sold false oral diagnosis by a child that cost you a fortune to "fix."

The staff is very friendly. They are fast at doing their job, as in they don't slack around. They are not ruff when checking your teeth. By far the best dental place I've been to so far. The only concern I had was the pricing on getting a new tooth, one that comes out and also the one that stays in. The prices are ridiculous, especially for ppl without insurance. I wish they would try to help ppl instead of trying to make then go into debt.

I went for a crown, they couldn't do the root canal. I had to get it done on somewhere else. Long wait times. Top of that also permanent crown came off twice. Now I will go to another dentist. I hope we can save this. I wouldn't advice you to go there. Bigger than waste of money, you would also lose your health with them.

Cleanings were extremely painful - I never had this issue with other dental visits. They also told my husband he had multiple cavities.. We went to another dentist and they confirmed he did not have any.

My experience so far with this office has been nothing but exceptional! It has been about 7 years since my last visit to a dentist when I came and my teeth needed some attention. After getting my x-rays and assessed at my 1st visit, the office manager, Charise (I hope I spelled that correctly), was so kind and helpful in explaining what the plan of care while helping navigate my insurance and my chosen financing. The team that performed my dental surgery at my first appointment was very kind, and the dental hygienist (I'm not sure of her name, but plan to get it at my next visit.) was very kind and thorough! I had my most recent visit on Wednesday to get some fillings in the front that had been making me very self conscious of my smile, and I think the team was just as excited as I was, if not more, to see them when Dr. Chon was finished! I have never had fillings look so natural! Her dental assistant, Annabelle, has the best personality and the kindest heart! She made me feel so comfortable and talked to me like a friend. The team at this office has made my experience the best I have ever had at any dentist office and I can't wait to continue my care with them!

the manager does not know what she is doing or the doctor's prescription she wanted to give and she gets confused in the bill what kind of manager she has and she starts talking badly about the pathetic clients wait 1 hour sitting down why, you don't know anything.

I called last week scheduled an appt. in Oak Ridge so I drove over an 1 hour to get there only to be told my appt. has been cancelled, we called you on Friday they said but couldnt get ahold of you, I stated and I called back repeatedly they were close, I was like so did you call me this morning they were like no, so I was very disappointed I was nervous anyway, there like we can schedule Sat 8 am Im like ok even though I will try it again and drive another hour....If someone could contact me that would be great

The poor dentist is overworked. I've spent hours waiting for a moment with her. After a bad crown fitting that left me in pain, I didn't get them to fix it because I hated the waiting, the sloppy service, and the overall feeling of not being heard about the pain I was in.
