I've had 2 appointments at Aspen Dental in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The office was decorated beautifully and the bathroom was clean. All of the staff that I had come across were courteous and friendly. From the moment I walked in the door, I was pleasantly surprised by greetings from the receptionist and office manager. The xray tech was very polite and pleasant to work with. When she called me back, she made sure I was comfortable as she took photos. The hygienist, who was very sweet had explained that I had a couple areas that were bleeding around my teeth. My second appointment with her, she thoroughly cleaned my teeth and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was very nice and professional. He evaluated my xrays, then let me know how he could assist me with my teeth and made sure I didn't have any questions unanswered before he left the room. The office manager came and walked me to the check out desk where he provided great service for my daughter and myself. He explained to us in great detail our dental plans, offered us a new electric toothbrush, fluoridex, and chlorohexamine to help with our dental needs. Then proceeded to help schedule our appointments right away so we can have all of our dental work completed. Then he and the receptionist processed my payments for all of my appointments. All of the staff were wonderful to work with and I look forward to our next visit.Thank you very much for your hospitality and great service!

My lady had a tooth that bothered her for more than a year. Aspen, along with the exam pulled it, at a reasonable rate. And removed the infection that was ruining her health. Now she has feeling returning in the left side of her face.

Uncoordinated staff. Had an appointment for weeks, got cancelled last minute. Keep getting called from different staff members leaving voicemails telling me different things. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing!

Worst place in the world!!! No compassion, scheduleded me for a emergency appointment 2 days later. Refused to see me after I drove 40 miles to get there because I was 10 min late. Then told me they do not accept my insurance. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Then the manager was a rudest man I've ever spoken with would give 0 stars if I could.

Awesome staff! Super professional, patient, and kind. Went in and recieved a checkup and planned wisdom teeth removal. Got my teeth cleaned same day and wisdom teeth removed the next day. Staff was super nice especially the manager. Dentist, hygienist, and other staff were super professional and definitely knew what they were doing. The dentist that removed my wisdom teeth did it so well and quickly that I my wisdom teeth site doesn't hurt nearly 12 hours later and swelling is so minimal that people can't tell I've just had them removed. A few of the staff are OIT graduates so if any OIT students need teeth cleaned and feel uncomfortable going to a dentist away from their home town, I highly recommend coming to this Aspen Dental location. I can't give enough praise to the staff. 5/5 stars highly recommend location.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Poor communication between staff, schedulers and patients. Rude dentist. I recommend steer clear of this place. They don't do implants so I was having the majority of my work done elsewhere and they refused to work with the other dentist to help me fix my teeth and save a little money. I needed TEMPORARY dentures and they refused. Poor customer service.

I took my Father here. They encouraged him to pull a few teeth and get a set of dentures made (by them). Bottom line, after numerous adjustments, they never fit his mouth correctly. We finally gave up. I do not recommend them for any type of dental work.

I wasn't kidding when I told the dentist that they treated me like royalty there. A LOT of anxiety goes in to getting dentures and I'm probably their most annoying patient (but they don't make me feel that way.) I've walked in there panicking on multiple occasions and they have never let me leave there feeling unsettled. I'm very pleased with the treatment and my new teeth. Thank you Aspen Dental

They never billed my insurance. They just sent me a bill for $400 saying still waiting on insurance. I've never had insurance take that long before... usually I pay nothing for the service I received..

My boyfriend went in to just get top denture repaired after breaking, that was all he wanted. The dentist would NOT do it unless he had his bottom teeth (has own bottom teeth) x-rayed and any dental work needed done first. All he wanted was a repair. Klamath Falls,Or.

I came in to have my teeth whitened and the staff was amazing. The front office girls were very helpful, and Rachel that did my whitening did such an amazing job I left the office with a brand new smile!

I can't believe what they tried to pull on me, said I needed deep cleaning and I didn't tried to change me for x rays, I can't recommend this place in fact keep your money and run.

MY COMMENTS ARE MY EXPERIENCE AND ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL! THEY LIE, STAFF CHANGES ALL THE TIME, CANCELED APPOINTMENTS ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND INEXPERIENCED PERSONNEL AS WELL AS THE DOCTORS! READ THE REPLIES AND IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. MY DAD WENT IN FOR A BOTTOM DENTURE LAST OCTOBER/NOVEMBER AND STILL HAS NO DENTURE! LAST APPOINTMENT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH WAS PROMISED HE'D HAVE IT BY CHRISTMAS AFTER 13 MONTHS AND NOW THEY SAY IT WILL BE MID JANUARY!! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH ASPEN DENTAL AND WILL STAY FAR AWAY LIKE I HOPE MANY OTHERS WILL TOO! OUR CASE WILL BE IN COURT SOON AS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Very nice people I would say the only thing that sucks about them is they except every insurance but OHP cascade health alliance which a lot of low income single mothers have which makes it hard for me luckily I was approved for $3000 for there program that helps assist paid the bills because mine was almost $19,000 and it got reduced to 15 grand in with that approval of 3000 my orthodontic services were pretty much covered and I just pay $90 a month and once that $3000 was paid off I can reuse at $3000 to pay for other services but I'll probably find another dentist so I don't have to pay out of pocket all the time

The employees were very nice and friendly, place was clean. Won't give 5 stars because I felt I was overcharged for having 1 tooth pulled.
