I made a new patient appt with them 3 weeks out and received 2 confirmation emails (one when I made the appt and one as a reminder). I show up to my appt time. The receptionist didn't call on me after 20 min after my appt time so I asked if he needed my info and if that's why I'm not being taken back. He told me "the system CANCELED" my appt. I did not receive a call and asked why. He didn't have an answer for me. He offered to get me in 6 hours later. I asked if I came back would I be taken back on time. He said no he can't guarantee that. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My family has been going here for about 2 years now and we love it. The staff is always friendly, and seem to genuinely care about their job. The dentist is thorough with her patients. Only reason for 4 stars is because of troubles I've had with administrative things I have been trying to resolve, otherwise, great place!

The staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I am still in extreme pain and have to wait until the antibiotics start working or my appointment on Monday 11/07/2022. Aspen Dental will be making quite a bit of money on all of the procedures I have to have done and it just seems to me that they could try to make me as comfortable as is possible. I haven't slept in 3 nights and I don't see any coming tonight.

All of the staff and dental assistants were very friendly and professional.They pay attention to every little detail and especially to you. The dentist was filling in for my dentist who is on maternity leave. I would be happy to give him an A+.

Read all the reviews of Aspen Dental on here about required deep cleanings for which insurance won't cover. Overpriced $135 electric toothbrushes, etc. I went to them with full dental benefits. They said they require a deep cleaning for which "insurance wouldn't cover everything." They wanted me to sign up for a $3000 loan at a 24% interest rate to cover these charges. I ask if I could just get my two cavities fix and that I couldn't afford this "deep cleaning." They said the deep cleaning was required first before they'd do anything about my cavities. Also, they added a $135 electric toothbrush to my treatment plan. I already own 4 electric toothbrushes that I paid about $15 each for them. I guess I'll have to live with cavities even though I have full dental benefits. No, I wouldn't recommend them. Customer service can't be trusted. Billing is deceptive. I'd be nice to find a dentist in southeast Georgia or northeast Florida who'd just accept insurance and not do deceptive billing but I've yet to find one.

Don't listen to the 5 star reviews. I've been working on my teeth with them, insurance covering most of it. Insurance kicked back $750 and I called for an emergency visit and she said I'd have to pay it first to get seen. Only money hungry pieces of garbage work there. They don't care about you. Only the money.

I went in to get a tooth pulled and was here for four hours. In the four hours I had X-rays and exam that showed I had 3 teeth that needed pulling (I had had problems with all of them.) As it turned out, I had an infection so I couldn't have that tooth pulled because Novocain won't numb with an infection. We talked and I was helped making out paperwork so I could get approved for help in paying because I'm living on SS. I will also be getting tooth replacements for all my spaces. And all this is affordable for me! I really liked all the people I talked to and appreciate them telling me about a program that helped me pay for all my scheduled future appointments! Thank you. On October 13th I returned to the office thinking I would be getting two teeth pulled. I came out with getting three teeth pulled and two fillings done. I have to say that Dr. Joshua Estes was exceptional in extracting my teeth. I told him I didn't like pain and I didn't feel any. This was the best dental experience I ever had! Alyssa was the dental assistant and she also did a wonderful job. She listened to me and corrected my problem with the suction piece in my mouth. All I can say is thank you so much! Yes I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental of Kingsland!

My experience as a new patient at Aspen Dental today was phenomenal! They saw me in a timely manner, were very thorough & elaborate with the situation of my teeth and the plan to come with moving forward. Lastly, great hospitality and customer service from ALL staff. Def recommend Aspen Dental for new patients. They made a nerve racking experience very easy going.

I had a tooth that had broken off and was hurting so bad I couldn't sleep. I mean I was praying for kidney stones to take my mind off the pain. I went to Aspen, they worked me in. Dr. Keni pulled the tooth and it's already feeling better in 5 hours. The entire staff was super sweet, friendly, and professional. Thank you all for making the pain go away. We'll be seeing you again. UPDATE: Had an appointment this past Tuesday for crown prep, went great. Was told that it takes about 3 weeks for the permanent to come in. Today, 3 days later got a phone call they had the permanent and had time to do it. Again, the staff was above and beyond. My dental hygienists and Dr Keni are the best!! Thanks again!!

I have only just made an appointment and am already impressed. I spoke with Bernard from Chicago and he explained everything I needed to know. He listened to every word I said and I did not have to repeat anything back to him only confirm. Best phone appointment experience ever! Bravo Bernard.
