Angelina was Friendly, Courteous and Professional, Dr. Koh likewise.Unfortunately the computers all went down and the information I wanted was limited and some not existent. I had a tooth that came out of my dentures replaced and wanted a quote on new dentures. The whole visit took about two hours, quite lengthy in my opinion, other than that I was very satisfied.

Very helpful staff. The dentist Dr. Kol was amazing. I am a new client for sure! Been back 3 times since the first review, and I am completely satisfied that they will maintain their high standards of service and patient care.

It was wonderful they are true professionals she was friendly, sympathetic, and light-handed, and reminded me time after time I'm in control I'm never going to another office I found myself a home

AMAZING ! I haven't had insurance in 2 years so walking in I was a bit nervous. I walked in , the environment was clean and welcoming. Staff was great from beginning to end. The front desk was very helpful. Then the assistant who took my X-rays was soooo awesome. I have a small bite and she took her time and helped me readjust the bite wings to not cause me so much pain. The hygienist was also very informative and answered any questions I had. The dentist was super sweet and sympathetic and relatable. She made sure to not make me feel guilty for not coming to the dentist sooner. She said my teeth are healthy , just have bad genes lol ( which I knew already ). She told me she was in the same boat lol now the checkout process. Bryanna was my checkout person and planning advocate. We sat down she told me the numbers and when I explained my situation to her and the office manager missy, they immediately jumped into action. They both started crunching numbers and seeing what they can do to help me. I started out thinking I was going to have to find another dentist and start all over but they made it happen ! They were able to discount me and split my payment up enough so it was affordable. The starts of the show were DEFINITELY Bryanna and missy ! 10/10 for the whole office though !

The staff is friendly and the doctor is very nice. After waiting for the hygienist was finally told she either wasn't there or she'd be in later. It wasn't explained clearly to me.

Aspen is the best dentist I've ever went to staff goes above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible I would recommend everyone to go to Aspen.

Pleasantly surprised with the experience and would reccomend this office. Everyone was very professional and polite but personable. I expected to be there for hours and that was not the case at all.

I went for dentures, was told gums were worn down, they recommended implants at $40,000. Was also told dentures may not stick because of gums. I tried the dentures, they won't stay in. They told me to try different glues, don't drink anything hot (coffee), don't eat anything that will cause the dentures to jar loose (basically no solid food). What is the point of dentures if I can't eat solid foods or drink my coffee because glue will melt. They should not have recommended dentures at all, I can't wear them anyway. Staff is nice.

This location got me in for an exam and filling appt all in the same day. The whole staff was very nice. The dentist was awesome I definitely appreciated how she did all my work in one day. I will always recommend this place

Ladies behind the front desk clerk we're a bit loud and very chatty about non business. Also talked negatively about another patient but the patient's name not used just their acct number

The staff over at Aspen dental are definitely well trained and experienced. Upon arrival, the staff there had definitely made the area feel warm and inviting. Knowbody there was there to judge. the dentist was kind in explaining the findings while offering solutions.Overall, I felt my experience there was definitely positive.

I had a appointment for 8am and they waited 15 minutes to let me know that the dentist had a flat tire. But they was able to fit me in at a later that same day. The receptionist was very nice and very informative. The tech and dentist were very pleasant and explained the process. Everything was pretty quick. Im excited to see the outcome of my teeth.
