Very nice staff and very clear about what im paying for vs what insurance is paying for. Was able to get a check up, fitted for a mouth guard, cleaning and cavity filling in one day.

Just cleared for dental work after breast cancer. My insurance only covered 2 dentist offices. This being the closest to me. They were prepping for an implant, removing a bridge and one other tooth. I was in that chair for hours. My face was bruised all the way down my throat and painful for 2 weeks. NO I did not go back. Rough treatment with a smile. Sorry I do not recommend this office.

My sister needed to have a tooth removed that was causing a great deal of pain. The tooth was pulled on a Wednesday. On Friday she called and asked about antibiotics and was told the dentist didn't think she needed any. She was in excruciating pain over the weekend. She had more work done the following week. Also had them deaden the area again just to get rid of the pain. It was infected so they wrote a script for antibiotics. The pain is still there. According to a pharmacist the antibiotics aren't strong enough. Needless to say, she is done doing business with them.

Every time I have left feeling like a number instead of a person. They constantly are up charging and over charging for things I do not need. I will be finding a new dentist office where I actually feel like a human being.

If you have no choice but to go to Aspen Dental, then they will suffice. My amazing dental provider was Lifetime Dental Care, but they are out of my dental insurance network, so I thought I would give Aspen Dental a try since they are "in network." When it comes to quality, customer service, and overall environment, Aspen Dental gets a 2 star maximum. I was told by the Aspen representative that I needed to have all new X-Rays, even though I have had recent X-Rays done, just so they could charge me for them. This is a fast food type franchise and not a quality dental care provider.

High pressure sales. Do they do any dental work here? My Dental insurance covers 100%, but somehow we only needed cosmetic appliances for thousands of dollars and not any actual dental care? My friend mentioned she had visited another location where they had her sign a contract under duress to do an emergency filling, but charged her $7000 for "ongoing care" even though she never went back. Run!! Before they take all your teeth and all your money! Evil tooth fairies

I was very happy with the entire group everyone was nice and professional. My appointment was for 1 filling but the Dr was able to do all four in one visit.

The staff was really great and patient . When you go I'm to the back this that are working there were definitely knolagabele and catered to anything youigut need and if it's not in the little room they would go and get it. And the entire staff was oitstoutstaon how you were taken care of

Very friendly staff an knowledgeable. Will to financially work with you. I recommend them. Update: I warn you to be careful when dealing with Aspen Dental. They hook you up with Genesis when you need to make a payment. My procedure never happened, yet I still got a bill for almost $1400. When I told them I never had it done an I don't know why I'm being billed. This was January, I'm still trying to get out from under that. An my second visit, where we only talked, I had no work done. I was billed $249, I asked if this was before or after insurance was billed? I was told after, yet when I spoke with my insurance company they said the bill was $249 an they paid $140. So I only owed $109 an they were trying to make me pay all of it. That's insurance fraud. So I'm warning everyone, watch your bills an speak with your insurance company before paying anything an Don't use Genesis!

I believe this place is a complete scam! Once the " office manager" was informed of the ability to pay for a more expensive product he acted like a desperate car salesman and aggressively tried to sell the most expensive product the offered. We advised him multiple times of our choice but the obvious greed would not allow him to accept our decision. He the attempted to again try and financially exploit us by trying to charge us over $200 more that the quoted price. He tried to back pedal and deny everything once confronted and when he realized he wasn't getting away with his scam. It's my opinion every one should be very cautious if you decide to do business with this place while this" current office manager " is employed there. Attorney general office has been alerted and a complaint has been filed. Adult protective services has been notified I believe this is not an isolated case of financial exploitation.

I will never use aspen dental again I had dentures done there I had nothing but problems and I have friends who has dentures and they stay in there mouth but my dentures don't I have to use some can of almost every day so I'm going somewhere else so don't use aspen dental they are rip off I spent a lot of money there out of pocket so just don't there you will sorry

I needed to have a painful tooth pulled and the staff at Aspen were so nice. I had a bit of a breakdown in the chair due to pain and fear, both the dentist and the assistant gave me time to calm down, reassured me everything was ok explained what was happening to ease my fear and never once made me feel judged for my reaction/emotions.

I am very happy with this clinic, first of all, this clinic is very nice shiny and modern and equipped with all highly tech equipment. Dr. Dima and her staff are the nicest kindest professional dentist I've been visited. From the first visit I felt the wonderfully comfortable and relaxed and on top of that they always explain what is going on in my mouth, I am trusting them in all their practices.
