Going into my appointment I was very nervous from past dental experience but the staff and doctors at Aspen Dental made my visit amazing.They made sure to answer any of my questions and concerns I look forward to my next visit.

Wonderful experience! I had a really bad situation caused by another Dentist out of state. Aspen Dental did a temporary fix and I'm scheduled to get a permanent fix at the beginning of the year. Warm, welcoming, and compassionate to my situation. They also offer financing at affordable rates! I'm more than happy and confident that my smile will be fixed. Excellent experience!

I do not recommend it to anyone, it comes for an annual cleaning and something simple and a dentist destroyed my tooth and today I am suffering from MIA. THANK YOU.

Very friendly, made me feel comfortable! Explained everything that they were going to do and how it would sound and what it should or shouldn't feel like ! They were very patient. Very little waiting time!

Aspen dental is amazing! The staff is super nice and very helpful! They helped me get a dental plan going and went above to help me get a financial plan going!

Wonderful experience!!!! Dr. Lyerly is so kind, knowledgeable, gentle, and so patient. The staff was amazing also, Jessica, Caila, Danielle. Will be back with the whole family to see Dr. Lyerly and his team for all of our dental care.

First. Every time you call to make an appointment they never answer. Second every time you have the visit ,they keep increasing the price. I asked to make how much will be the total. The next visit again it was higher. I have to figh to make things right. I will never go back to them. They even cancel one appointment and they didn't let me know. With this information you know what to do.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. I have been here maybe four times and each time I have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Mind you, I always book 8 am appointments so I don't have to wait but I am never seen until close to 9. The last time I was there I had an 8 am and like usual not seen until 30 minutes after. But this time was the absolute worst. I went in for a filling and to get a temporary crown. I DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL 4 in the afternoon. Their computers kept shutting down and what they told me was an hour service turned into a whole day. Not only was it so long but the pain while they were putting on the temp crown was EXCRUCIATING I was literally crying my eyes out which has never happened before at the dentist. Afterwards, I did some research and come to find out the pain I experienced was not normal. They also never know what their pricing is when it comes to those with Care Credit. It took a lot of back and forth with the finance guy before they agreed to charge me the already discussed price. The only good thing about this place is that the dentists are really nice and they did find cavities that my other dentist did not see. So yes they will do the job but it will be painful and long. Some advice: don't make plans the day you have to come here or actually just don't come at all.

Worst experience ever! I scheduled an appointment for Monday 7/25/22 at 3:15 because I have something growing out my gums that very painful. I got there 45 minutes ahead of time because I was a new patient. I was in the back office for approximately 2 hours getting the new patient exams. The physician that look at the growth on my gums said it was small teeth growing and it would be no problem to remove once sedated. However, when she was finish with my new patient stuff. She said the doctor was gone for the day. I'm like WHAT? That was the purpose of the visit. So I ask can I come tomorrow (Wednesday) she said no, they have a full schedule. She said she can put me on Thursday. So I call for my appointment time and was told I'm not scheduled until Aug 2nd but before we hung up that changed to Aug 10. This place is a joke and the run around is very unprofessional. I visited 2240 Veterans Blvd Kenner 70062 Can someone reach out to me concerning this matter?

This is by far the worst dentist office I've ever been to. Don't try and call and make an appointment because they will just hang up on you. God forbid you have a dental emergency because all you get is answering machines. I've been going through the Invisalign process for three years now. They have messed my teeth up so bad that I need to pay for a whole other Invisalign treatment $(4000) just to get them fixed. I highly do not recommend them to anyone ever. They must be paying people to give 5 star ratings because any patient from there can tell you that's a lie!!!
