As a new resident of Keene I made an appointment for what I thought was a cleaning only to arrive and find that they 'don't do cleanings until they exam and xray'. Fine if that is your policy but why not state it on the site? Bait and switch!

This place takes care of their patients. Dr. Alex is amazing and makes sure to tell you, you are in charge and can stop at any time. Both times he's done extractions and he's done way better than any other dentist I've seen. Definitely recommend Aspen to anyone who's looking for a better more comfortable dentist experience

Dr. Alex is the best!!! He listens, is professional, kind, friendly and understanding. I love my dentist and look forward to my new smile! The staff is also friendly and kind. I felt very comfortable with my care. Would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Keene, NH!

It took forever to get a cleaning on their schedule. When it was finally time for my cleaning they cancelled my cleaning with very little notice then told me they couldn't get me in for almost 6 months. My husband had a cleaning scheduled a month later and despite apparently knowing they wouldn't be able to do it since last month they only contacted him shortly before his appointment date to reschedule and again couldn't get him in until months later. The receptionist hung up on my husband when stating he'd be changing providers when he was attempting to ask how to get his records. When he called back he spoke to a different receptionist who was very helpful and polite but she's only covering. If they can't get or keep staff I imagine they aren't a great employer.

Worst experience in my life. Paid over 8k for dentures and can't wear them because they are way to big! Refuse to fix or reimburse in any way. Now dealing with health problems.

Went in for a dental crown prep. The staff were wonderful, from the dentist all the way to the billing clerk. I really wanted to call out the dental assistant. I did not get a name, but she was fantastic.

Excellent!! From beginning to end! The doctor explained what he was doing every step of the way and frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain.

I have no choice but to go to Aspen Dental because of my husband's insurance, if I had a choice, I would never use Aspen Dental (Keene NH). My experience has been less than satisfying. I feel over charged even though I have the insurance, I never receive call backs for anything, even when I call their "emergency" number and I now have 4 visible cavities, one that was so bad my tooth broke off a piece. My tooth is so black from this cavity, I can't help but wonder how on earth could they have missed this when I was just in for a cleaning and x-rays a few days prior to my tooth breaking. I thought dentist were supposed to help you keep your teeth, I feel Aspen Dental does just the opposite. They are the worst dentist I have ever experienced, avoid them like the plague (Keene NH).

I've always been nervous going to the dentist but this experience was much different. Brielle made me comfortable right from the moment she spoke to me. I waited only a short time for Dr. Alex who was very kind and professional. Both of them made it very easy for me to want to come back. It was an amazing visit!

Find it very annoying to wear mask kind of crazy when you take off the mask and let out your terms and find the workers pulling the mask of to talk or drink kind of like closing the door to the barn after the horses is out. Can't you see that the term scare now in the air someone needs to review their science courses. The employees are pleasant.
