Unprofessional..... Last time I checked HIPAA privacy also includes dental offices. I would highly recommend not going here. They will discuss financial obligations in front of others to the point of humiliation. Unethical and unprofessional....

Aspen Dental has been a nightmare to deal with. They continually tell us insurance will not pay for services and insist we pay out of pocket for services. We call insurance and they tell us insurance does cover the specified services. Aspen Dental also pushes a "Care Credit" card to pay for what insurance does not. The Care Credit card pays Aspen Dental but then Aspen Dental insists we still owed them for what Care Credit already paid Aspen Dental. I had to bring in a paper copy of the transaction from Care Credit to Aspen Dental before Aspen Dental would admit to being paid. Additionally, my wife paid in advance for the entire procedure through Care Credit, it was a two part procedure. When my wife came to the office for her second portion of the procedure, she was told the second part of the procedure had not been paid for and we had to pay $250 out of pocket for what Aspen Dental alleges insurance will not pay for. Why would a professional organization treat customers this way? Now my wife is on the phone with insurance so they can talk with the receptionist while she has my 8 year old son with her. After having my wife travel to their office for the appointment to install the crown, go through billing issues, and wait in the lobby, they told her the crown had not arrived yet!?!? Why wouldn't someone with any forethought call and tell us this before the appointment to install what they don't have yet?? So their office rescheduled us for the following Monday morning at 7:30am in anticipation the crown would arrive by then. On the Saturday morning prior to the rescheduled appointment, Aspen Dental staff called and said the crown had not arrived but would call us after a few hours and let us know if it arrived with the Saturday delivery; no follow-up call. Monday morning we call at 7am while driving to the appointment to see if the crown arrived but the office was closed. We called again at 7:35am to see if the crown arrived and the office staff said we were supposed to be at the appointment at 7:30am. We asked if they had the crown, silence, "no". We asked why they expected us to be there at 7:30am if there was no crown, silence. Then the office staff wanted us to reschedule again after we had been driving for 35 minutes. We told the office staff to call us when the crown arrived hoping that when a crown arrived, it was for us and they would call us.

This was my first experience here and first time going to a dentist in over 10 years. I was happy with the scheduling option online, the customer service, the price and promotions, the entire staff was friendly and gentle, and the space was very clean. Everyone was awesome and inviting.

Had a terrible dentistry experience here. I scheduled an appointment for a broken tooth I was dealing with, no pain or anything I just needed a crown. Not only did they not work on or help me with the main problem I was dealing with, they kept insisting that I get my wisdom teeth removed, even though, to me and my previous dentist, it doesn't seem like a necessary procedure at all. The entire clinic seems predatory, trying to force you to pay for work without going over specifics with you or answering your questions. I left in tears with no progress made, very disappointing.

The nicest and most nonjudgmental dental office I have ever been too. Explained everything every step of the way. Made sure I was comfortable as much as one can be getting their teeth worked on. I can't say good enough things.

Jordon made a mistake when submitting my claim to the insurace company resulting in the claim being rejected. Insted of asking a few simple questions to resolve the issue Jordon immediately informed me that if I didn't make payment in full with in 30 days my account would be sent to collections. Since there should have been no issues with my insurance and I had given no indication that there would be a problem with making payment in full if necessary I took this as an unnecessary threat and I responded accordingly. This hurt Jordon's feelings and I received a letter from Aspen Dental explaining that because of this verbal altercation I was no longer welcome. To this I say good riddance. If Jordon cant preform his job correctly maybe he should look for another instead of blaming the customers/patients for his mistakes. You should avoid Aspen Dental at all cost.

Absolute worst experience of my life! And the office manager is horrid!!! They will put extra charges on your bill, make you pay 50-60% upfront with insurance before any of the services have been done. Went in for an emergency dental visit and what could have been a somewhat simple fix 4 months later has turned into a root canal and crown and still not fixed. Do not go there u will regret it!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. That Madison is everything and a bag of chips. If you want real personally and not a bunch of fake ppl this is the place to be. Not for sure the name of the dentist I just know they call him doc and he gets the job done. Now my favorite person is the Charmelle the lady that answers the phone and does a lot of the paperwork she is phenomenal. After my visit today with Madison they are neck and neck. They are ppl I would love to hang with.Happy ppl and great customer service are hard to come by.
