Pretty good, quick dental visit for a new patient. Only downside is the x-ray mouth guard thing hurt like crazy. Other than that, everyone was nice, the hygienist and doctor were very knowledgeable and laid back. Went over several options to create a plan tailored to my specific needs.

I have to say I've only had the initial visit but out of all the dentists I've ever been to they were so much more encouraging and helpful and friendly. The fact that they finance also and work with you is so wonderful. I would recommend this place to everyone. From the x-rays tech, to the hygienist, to the dentist and to the office manager that helped me with the financing everyone was so nice and so helpful. Such a positive experience

I recently had my wisdom tooth removed. The Doc left some roots in my gums which caused pain for a week and counting. I called the office and was told to come in. I showed up, and waited. The receptionist instructed me to pick up my prescription at my local pharmacy. I was also given a referral. The Doc never came to talk to me, give me an update or even a follow up exam. Her bedside manner were horrible. My mouth could have been infected, a dry socket who knows. What I do know, she never show any compassion towards me and my pain. I will never go to Aspen Dental ever in life. I even sat while the Doc talked about call all new patience to cancel appointments the morning of. Who does that. By the way I love the receptionist. She was very pleasant and knew her job!

For the first two visits went above and beyond to assist me with what's needed. Then my third visit felt as if they found out, I have no money in my family's history so, there for treated me differently. Praying the mess I was left in is what was supposed to be done.

Easy check in. Minimal paperwork. Saw a dentist immediately and had my concerns addressed. I got studies done with 21 century instruments. What is not to like?

The place is presentable and clean, all the staff is polite, very courteous and helpful. The dentist explain everything to me so I could understand what was the condition of tooth and mouth. With that information I was able to sit with the office manager and design a plan that I wanted and could afford.

I was very impressed with Aspen dental. They solved my problem in about 20 minutes. The staff was so friendly and so concerned about my problem. I am going to recommend them to my friends and family. I will always use them for my dental needs.

An excellent experience every time I visit this dental office. Extremely accommodating and understanding when I go in. They take their time in explaining the procedures and make sure I'm comfortable while they are working on me.
