I am a very nervous dental patient, and I had been putting off going for a long time before I booked my appointment with Aspen Dental. I knew I had cavities, which I have never had before, so I was extra nervous going to a new dentist. Everyone at the office was super friendly and doing their best to make me feel comfortable. They explained everything they were doing and helped me to understand my dental health a lot better. While I would be lying if I said getting the cavities filled was pleasant, it was certainly the best experience I could have hoped for; the pain was very minimal and the fillings were done very well.

Aspen dental is very professional. We went too the Jupiter location and David was extremely helpful, explained everything in great detail & had the best attitude you could ask for. Very welcoming. The Dr was as nice as can be and every staff member there made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

David, Alana, and Dr. Lemus were extremely friendly and competent. Beyond that, they stayed late to see my emergency care through. This is a phenomenal staff. Thank you for hiring such a great group of people!

I visited Aspen Dental twice. First on 17 July 2022, second today, 10 Oct 2022. Both experiences were good. Today I had a cleaning done by Yvendya (Eve) at the Jupiter location. She was informative, explained oral care practices I should do at home, answered all my questions, was pleasant and gentle. I have already made my next appointment. Additionally, she took time to review my images with me so I would better understand anatomy of teeth and gums and prevent bone loss and restore/prevent gum inflammation. Thank you.

I had a problem with my denture/implant, tried several dentists with no success, till this morning with Alana at there Indiantown road location. I cannot say enough good things about this visit. Listened, cared, with the only thing that was important was me leaving the office with the issue/problem worked out and the correct solution administered, and it was . SO big shout out to this location and do yourself a favor and talk to Alana, very happy!!!

This Jupiter, Florida location is NOT the same as when I was there a year ago! Completely different staff from office manager to doctor and every position in-between! Unfortunately, it seems to have become driven by only one thing: MONEY - all stemming from recommending services I am not interested in, and then offering NO alternative dental options to me for my current complaint that were reasonably acceptable in both time, cost, and necessity! I came in to have a composite filling replaced and NOT to be sold a treatment plan that this dentist said would be his choice if he were me, and then refuse to even attempt to consider anything else - as it was his way or the highway. I took the highway! Straight outta there...and suggest you do the same!

(Translated by Google) Excellent attention, kindness and concern for my dental emergency. Dr. Very punctual respectful and his work was impeccable despite the fact that the extraction of my molar took a little longer than expected. The information they gave me was very clear before and after the procedure they performed on me. Right now I am in a good recovery process. Thank you very much (Original) Excelente atencion, amabilidad y preocupacion por mi emergencia dental. I went in for wisdom teeth removal and was very nervous about sedation. They told me exactly what would happen and were so understanding about the fears i had and made me feel so comfortable.

I feel like this is just another money making "gig". Let's see all that I can find in your mouth to charge you for, instead of actually helping your patient with their smile and teeth concern they came to the office about.

I went to Aspen dental for the first time yesterday in Jupiter Florida. I was very pleased with the dental hygienist Kevin Lewis. He was both professional and courteous and was probably the most gentle and thorough hygienist I've ever had. The girls who did my intake and my insurance were also very friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist whom I saw was also very friendly and very thorough. I chose Aspen because they were in Network with United healthcare and my visit was 100% covered. I had x-rays taken. a new patient work up, and a cleaning done yesterday. If you are looking for a new dentist for your dental healthcare I highly recommend this office.

Very professional and friendly staff. Clean facility with updated equipment and furnishings. Decent prices which they go over with you beforehand so you know how much you owe or are covered by insurance. All in all a great dentist office in the heart of Jupiter which also is easy to get to right off Indian town past military.

I admit I was wary at 1st. A chain dentist----------humm. My fear, dentist is right out of school, and needs documented experience? Is that a good or bad thing? 1st visit= extremely clean and newly renovated. Front desk staff, welcoming, and presentable. Showed enthusiasm. E-ray time- They were gentle, pleasant, and did the MOST comprehensive series of scan I have ever seen. This included a cone scan and digital imaging of every tooth. Their equipment is all high end, state of the art! Dentist- He took the time to listen to all my concerns, history. No big head from dentist! We discussed and agreed on a plan of attack they worked with my specific needs. No upsell at all! Pricing- better than any to date. Cleaning- tech was great, no pain, good job! Now is time to execute plan----------I'll be back. So we ended up pulling a tooth, and making a new bridge. No problems what so ever! Pulled tooth healed up quick, and the new bridge is perfect. Nice tight fit, no doubt thanks to digital imaging. NO IMPRESSIONS USING PLATO! That's it folks-----I found my me dentist! Kristin- Tech is the best!

I went to Aspen Dental for the first time on May 30th. I spoke to somebody on the phone beforehand, and specified my insurance and asked specifically that it was all covered and good, and they told me it was. Not only that, but after my standard cleaning, upon checking out, I received my bill receipt SHOWING that it was all covered and there would be no charge, which I SIGNED for. In addition, my insurance shows that Aspen Dental is supposed to be included in my network of providers. Now, today, June 11th, I am receiving a bill for the cleaning that I was told numerous times would be free of charge, as it should be. This is bordering on scamming/fraud, as this establishment lied to their patient and charged when they shouldn't have.

My last visit to Aspen Dental was for a crown prep. The dentist that was on staff at the time, Dr. Rosenstock, was temporarily filling in. During my procedure Dr. Rosenstock asked me to bite down. When I bit down I felt something obstructing my bite. My mouth was numb so I had no idea what I was biting on. I assumed there was a cotton roll there or something of the sort. I bit until I physically couldn't bite anymore. Dr, Rosenstock told me that I needed to bite harder and all the way. I thought "ok, I'm supposed to be making an impression" so I bit as hard as I could, bit through the obstruction and my top teeth met my bottom teeth. Dr. Rosenstock was pleased with my action; he wanted to see my bottom teeth and top teeth make contact. Once he gave me the ok to release the bite I asked him what I had bitten down on and he told me there was nothing in there. I shrugged it off thinking maybe it was incidental debris from all the work that had been done. When it was time for him to go back to work inside my mouth he saw what I had bitten down on. He said "Oh. You bit your cheek." Having been completely numb, I couldn't tell that my cheek was in my way. I was in shock at what I had done to myself. I was scared for how much it was going to hurt once the Novocaine wore off. My fears only increased throughout the procedure. Periodically Dr. Rosenstock would comment on how I "did a number on my cheek" and asking for more cotton to absorb the blood that was getting in the way. I was so unnerved, scared, uncomfortable and worse yet, I had completely lost trust in the doctor who was working in my mouth. Laying in the dentist chair you are completely vulnerable and put so much trust in your dentist. Dr. Rosenstock was negligent in that moment. It is his responsibility to protect me from unnecessary harm. To top it all off, the temporary crown that he put in came out and now I am in pain from the sensitivity of the exposed, prepped tooth. Between that and the cheek pain, I can barely use the right side of my mouth. This was the last straw for me with Aspen Dental. I do not like their way of operating. They are in the business of selling. From the moment I walked in there I felt pressured. They do your exam, tell you what you need to have done, and how much it is all going to cost and pressure you into scheduling all the appointments and paying for everything up front. I will be looking into finding a new dentist, cancelling the rest of my appointments and requesting a refund for the work I have not yet had done.

I had an awful experience with my last dental office. I was very skeptical when I entered Aspen, but to my surprise they were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. The dentist took his time and explained everything in depth. I had my tooth fixed perfectly. I would recommend this office to everyone looking for an individual treatment plan. No upselling or overcharging. I'm very pleased to say the least.
