Wonderful caring staff. I was able to get right in. All of the support staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was pleasant. Insurance/costs were explained up front. Payment options were offered. No surprises! Highly recommend.

I had an issue with an upper denture that needed an adjustment and an old spare that needed repaired that had a Crack. They had me wait while they fixed both. They were fixed and fit beautifully. They also took x-rays. They did not charge me a dime for the x-rays or my 1st office visit. It was such a blessing because I have no insurance. They were so nice. The hygienist was a doll. The dentist answered so many questions and was so nice. He did an excellent job on both dentures. Highly recommend them for anyone with no insurance or low income. They even service walk ins and emergency walk ins. Fantastic. They will even guarantee their dentures. So the next dentures or any dental work I need I'm going to Aspen Dental.

I called and asked if they took Medicaid and lady on the phone said yes, and asked if I wanted to make a appointment? I said yes she had a Friday available then I asked if we could run my insurance just to double check and she informed me someone would call to confirm my insurance before my appointment. I waited till Thursday still no call so I called and left a message then got a call back saying my insurance was accepted and we where good to go. Friday I drive a hour to Joplin mo from where I live to get their and them tell me my insurance isn't in network. They where very friendly and helpful but I'm confused to why we where good to go the day before. They did a X-ray and exam because that's free for new patients. I would say over all nice staff but communication needs to be better and double check and give the clients accurate information before they make the appointment and drive.

TERRIBLE business practices. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and then found out they cancelled the appointment because it wasn't confirmed. Not everyone has a Smart phone or is on e-mail all the time. Also, they will not give an estimate for dentures until AFTER they get your insurance money for an exam.

Staff was very nice I had 3 appointments I same day each time I came in they where very nice sweet took care of everything difently recommended to anyone great staff thank very much

They put you at ease from the get go. Everyone is friendly, efficient and professional. The atmosphere is almost like walking into home. Normally I start shaking as soon as I check in. I like the fact that they give you the names of all who are on your team from the the front desk to the end. I have terrible time with names to the point of embarrassment. But I'm ready with their names when I go back tomorrow. I also like that they have you go back and talk with someone who can help with the management of cost. Never had one to do that. I walked out knowing what it would cost, what the insurance plan paid and any out of pocket costs and how you can manage those if any. Thank you .

The whole experience from start to end was very enjoyable for me. I haven't been to a dentist in years and was very nervous about going back to one. Check- in process was pleasant and timely. The dental assistants I had were so sweet and really explained to me how to do everything & made sure I didn't feel too overwhelmed. The Dr was quick and informative - I understood everything he was telling me and he made sure all my questions were answered. Met with the business manager afterward to set up my treatment plan, she was amazing. Made sure I understood everything that had to do with financials & my insurance coverage. The have serveral options as far as payments plans. Very happy with Aspen Dental! Will definitely be back and referring family & friends here too!

Had a bad experience the first meeting. But, you could not ask for a better and caring crew. They were very caring about how I felt with the pain and did everything that they could to do to help. Then made sure I was good to go before they let me leave. I would highly recommend the one in Joplin. The other site I don't know about.

I didn't like dentist until now, Doc and his staff were understanding they also explained everything before and while the procedure it was amazing!!!

Not exactly what the website offers, be aware of it but over all I'm hoping to have a good experience with them. I'll know after treatment
