This office location in Jonesboro, Arkansas is by far the most friendly HELPFUL and best customer service of any business I've ever been to! I'd highly recommend the location to anyone needing minor or major dental work !!! love Brittany so much !!

I was told from the start that I could go somewhere else and the receptionist was so laid back that she was calling the insurance company's broke and everything like that and the dental hygienist was very discriminating she was making a little remarks on her breath like n***** and things like that so no they were never for very great for me to go to

It's really hard to get in touch with these people on the phone. After listening to the recording and pressing 2 to make an appointment, it said I didn't make a selection. This happened several times. I decided to select another number. I finally got an actual person who wasn't speaking loud enough to hear. I asked her to speak up which she did for a second. When I asked if they accepted the creditcare credit card, she said they didn't take any Medicare medicaid card. They lost our business. It took me one short phone call to another dentist to get an appointment.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm not a big fan of dentist offices (who is?), but of all the places I've been to, this one made me feel the most comfortable. Felt like I had known the staff for a long time within just a few minutes.

i called to make an appointment and i asked them if they could give me a price and they knew my age and they knew i didn't have insurance and instead of giving me an estimate they said i have to get checked out first. i called for a cleaning. when i go for my appointment the receptionist told me since i'm not 21+ i won't get the exam and x-rays for free. why couldn't they tell me that through the phone ? even on the window it doesn't say the age. i paid 211 for the x-rays/exam and 193 for the cleaning in total $404. i also waited 40 minutes for the doctor to tell me i have a cavity and that's it. not gonna make a follow up. if you're under 21 and don't have insurance, DO NOT COME HERE! they'll scam you $200+

I was so nervous. They made me feel at ease everyone was so sweet and helpful. I have always had to be sedated. But they just made me feel so welcome.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, answer any questions you may have. I noticed while there that they treat everyone the same and make you feel good. Ms Dianna and Ms Brittney in the office are just superstars as well.

(Visit 1-nov 3 2021)The staff was wonderful and kept me comfortable the entire time I was there. Dr. Shing did a wonderful job and I absolutely loved my dental hygienist. Would definitely recommend Aspen dental to others. (Visit 2-march 8 2022) The staff again was wonderful. I had 2 cavities filled. Dr. Shing is awesome. Made me feel at ease the entire time and was very gentle. Dr. Shing filled 2 cavities quickly yet efficiently. Would most definitely still recommend Aspen Dental.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The way the X-rays were taken and the 3D tooth model was something I've never seen before, it was very neat.
