They were very polite and helpful. They took the time to explain everything. They stayed late to repair my broken tooth. My only complaint was the cost.

I went in with tooth pain and they spent 3 hours trying to get more money before I was finally helped. They are also one of few businesses that charge an initial evaluation fee. I wish I read the reviews before I went so I'm hoping someone reads this one and goes somewhere else. It was an awful experience. Stay away.

Office is amazing. The entire office works as a team, very welcoming, helpful and work with you to provide the best possible service. The staff treat you as an important patient, answer all your questions and explain everything. They give you options on your care, advising you what is in you best interest. Dr Jackie is one of the best dentists I have ever had. Gentle and concerned throughout the procedure. She is great at her profession. Highly recommend.

I went in because I have an infected tooth and awful pain and was hoping to just get an antibiotic and go home. Instead, I paid $20 to listen to a 2 hour sales pitch. It was all doom and gloom, too, and made me feel emotional pain along with throbbing mouth pain. I came in to have an urgent issue addressed, not to sign up for some $10,000 treatment plan. The office manager was all sweet until I told her I couldn't afford to spend that kind of money. Then the doctor comes up to pretty much tell me my infection could kill me and how I need to take care of myself. I'm almost 50 I don't need some 30 year old lecturing me on how I need to spend tons of money to take care of myself and my rotting teeth when I barely have money to pay for bills. Like dont you think I would have addressed my dental issues by now if I could? I even read a ton of reviews online after my appointment how this company has pulled teeth for no reason among other awful things. Google aspen dental horror stories for yourself. Yes this company is so bad it has aspen dental horror stories as a suggested search result on Google. I only went here to get an antibiotic because it was cheap. I was never going to get actual dental care here and now I'm glad my instincts were warning me. I have a feeling all these good reviews on here were created by paid content writers. I would know. I used to get paid to write SEO content just like this garbage. Stay far away from this place if you want real dental care. This is like the time share industry of dentists only you will pay with lost teeth and pain on top of bankruptcy.

I'm making this review on behalf of my man who went to an Aspen exam at this location... THEY ARE MONEY GRABBING THIEVES!! Due to his vocation he's home very little. They wasted 2 hours of our time & (thankfully only $20) to tell him that he needed a deep cleaning at a Highly Overpriced amount of $2,500 (plus a bridge & Aligners which is not his priority right now totaling $10,000)!!! We obviously didn't pay that & he got a second opinion at Dental Smiles in Joliet. Funny, dentist there saw cavities but gave him a regular thorough cleaning Same Day (not always gaurunteed)! They also take other insurance that Aspen doesn't take so we saved a Ton of money!! I've went to a different Aspen location before & they were good on service & give a discount for first exam & $88 for regular cleaning but.. This Aspen tried to rob him.

I have had a great experience with every appointment I have had this far. Dr. Jackie is so nice and really thorough. Carrie the hygienist is super fantastic and explained everything every step of the way.

When I first went in everything was smooth as could be pulling my teeth for a top denture. Have had nothing but problems ever since they got paid. Bern calling for 2 months no answer and no return call have yet to be able to wear my top plate as it does not fit at all. Can't even take a drink with them as they are oversized for my mouth and look nothing like my teeth did. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting dentures. I'll be calling my credit card to dispute the charges

Was my first visit to Aspen Dental in Joliet...And although I have the tough parts coming up...I was put at ease upon entry...Everyone there was friendly and in good spirits...all my questions were answered confidently and competently...from initial intake to X-rays and scan...visit with the Hygienist...consultation with the Doctor... to getting impressions done...even discussing the financial part... All done with care and concern for the patient. The cleanliness of the rooms and equipment was immaculate...All said it was a very pleasant visit and I am not at all reserved about my next visits. The level of professionalism and friendliness was refreshing and welcomed.

Ill never go here again. They claim the liability for prescribing antibiotics for an abcessed tooth is too high so the doctor wont do it. ONLY AFTER I PAID, WENT THROUGH THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT, AND WAS TOLD BY THE PERSON CHECKING MY TEETH THAT I WOULD GET ANTIBIOTICS. Abcessed teeth will eventually kill you.

I only come to this location because of Caroline & Kadine. I don't feel like I'm going to the dentist, it feels like I'm going to see friends. They are so sweet and just so joyful. Kadine makes the visit one to remember while Caroline's Professionalism ensures a job well done.

Just wanted to say how happy I was to find this dental office. I worked with Nathan, Dr. Jackie and Kadine. They were amazing. Had a few crowns to replace and they had me back several times to make sure they fitted perfectly. I so appreciated that. They were professional, caring and friendly. They explained every step. I would not go anywhere else. They are the best!

I felt so welcomed during my first visit, everyone was super nice and outgoing! Diana from the front was really nice when she checked me in. Everyone made me feel really comfortable and the doctor explained everything to me really well. I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning!!
