Clean, modern facilities, friendly, professional staff, modern technology at every work station. Every process was thoroughly explained, and pricing was clearly stated. Insurance was promptly handled. Highly recommend these folks!

If you are unsure about going to this dentist, just do it!! Extremely friendly staff. I hadn't been to the dentist for quite a few years and everyone made me feel very comfortable! Pearl is definitely the nicest dental hygienist I've ever had. I would recommend anyone to go here. Happy to make this place my regular dentist.

Awful experience today getting my wisdom teeth out. I had anesthesia too. I will never go back to them again. I hope they did a good job. That was quick. When I walked back the medical assistant said do you have a short sleeve shirt under that sweatshirt. I said no. She said we told you to wear nothing with long sleeves. I said no you didn't. She said the nurse was to tell you. I said she didn't. Then I said I asked the nurse what I was to do if my sugar got low she said she'd call me back never did. She said it shows someone called you. I said no they didn't. I didn't even get a missed call from anyone. Then when I was done the nurse said ready to go. I said wow I feel really dizzy the room is spinning. They laughed. And did not care. She was very mean. I will never go back at all.They did not care I had diabetes. They said you didn't eat or drink your sugar will be fine. I said that's all the more reason for my sugar to go low is what I wanted to say. I just laughed. They never gave me time to wake up either. Terrible experience. And I kept saying my sugar was low they didn't care. They said no it's not. My mother tried talking to the nurse asking if they got rid of the infection she didn't want to talk. She said there is an antibiotic at the pharmacy for her. The surgeon very nice. The staff not so much. Who makes someone walk out when they are still sleeping and very dizzy.I almost fell. And all they do is laugh.I have type 1 diabetes so that is why we were so worried. They called me Friday on my instructions and they were to call me back with what I could do if my sugar got low and they never did.

They took me in at appointment time. Everyone was so nice. I had an extraction done.. good job by all involved

I was super nervous and in alot of pain from a bad tooth and they were all so friendly and reassuring and the whole getting the tooth out took like 10 minutes tops they were just great all together and I look forward to going again to start a routine with them

Dr. Stuart did an excellent job on removing two large molars from my mouth. I was quite nervous about it, but he had me laughing and smiling from ear to ear! No pain!!!!

My husband was worked in as an emergency quickly without fuss. He saw a dentist in short order who prescribed an antibiotic since my husband's tooth was infected and he was in pain. They scheduled an appointment for him in a few days when the swelling and infection subside for an extraction. My husband and I are very grateful for the courtesy and professionalism extended to us at Aspen Dental.

I had made an appointment through the call center and I was less than impressed. We showed up to what I had confirmed through the call center as an emergency appt for a broken tooth for my daughter. There was no appointment and the appointment was made for myself and not my daughter two werks out. I could have cried. The Johnstown Aspen Dental team came to save they day! They saw us anyway in between other appointments. They could not fix the chipped tooth that day but got her in the next morning at 7:30am. Special shout out to Christie for making it all happen!! Way to turn a horrible experience into a pleasant and stress-free experience! Thank you all!

I hate going to the dentist and they made me feel welcome, explained the process of what they were doing before doing it, and did an amazing job explaining what was needed. Had a great experience!

needless to say I got my money back I went in for a filling up my front tooth the shape is no longer shape as a tooth should be my tooth is actually widen originally when I first looked in the mirror I seen a hole still there such as a gap in between my front tooth and the tooth when asked to fix it I could sell the doctor was in a hurry to get to his meds patients he did fix it but he made it worse I heard the toes slam I was getting sprayed in the face I'm not sure purposely or not with water an attitude in which body language was speaking to me because he had to hurry up and get to the next patient crying and very unsatisfied as a Cash patient please do not come here do your research I am a younger female they may be only used to working with older people as their skills are not up to par and they don't care how you look walking out they were simply tell you I can't do nothing more I have other patients to get to and that is my story beware

Dr. Stuart was very professional and explained everything so I understood what needed to be done. He was sure to make sure I was numb enough for two extractions. He was slick when inserting the Novocaine! Injections on the roof side of your mouth always tend to hurt more but he was super slick! He accidentally knocked out a filling but replaced it free of charge. I personally pay out of pocket just to see Dr. Stuart and it is totally worth it!! I can't speak for any of the other dentists.
