I have not been to a dentist is quite some time. Lisa took me back made me feel comfortable and relaxed (as much as one can when going to the dentist). Dr. Rumy was so nice, she explained everything, made sure I understood what was the plan was, the reasoning behind it....she's amazing.

Everyone was so kind and nice. I felt comfortable immediately. The dentist and hygienist were gentle and the tech that took my X-rays was wonderful!!! I had to go with four starts instead of five only because of the sticker shock at the end of my consultation.

Wouldnt go back...craved up my girl good...sorry u close at 530and it took 30 mins to get the payment str8 so we got started at 430 but we paid cash up front so expect to be treated accordling ...rush job girl keep checking the time when we were at desk and threw her out right after she had a panic attack and had 3 teeth pulled dont even let um sit for 10 mins or something to recover ...also dont judge someone because their in recovery u should treat them like anyone else they same as u or better than u prob

Everyone was super helpful from Dental assistance Lisa to the hygienist Kristina Dr Rumy even the office manager & patient service Rep Yasmin & Gabby they make you feel like family love it! Never thought I'd be excited to go back to the dentist haha

I am visiting from out of town and my temporary crown got loose on Saturday night. Called the emergency appointment number Sunday morning and got a Monday morning appointment. Was in and out in 30 minutes after x-rays and cementing the temp crown. Very good service!

They were so informative and professional they did a great job examining my mouth looking for any issues and probable cancerous areas. They explained everything in full detail and were comforting in my care

This was my 2nd visit to this Aspen Dental office and my first cleaning with Meghan (sp). All I can say is that I have NEVER had such a gentle and comforting experience; I actually fell asleep for a little while in the chair I was so comfortable. Can't wait for my next visit!

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE! I had multiple fillings done recently, had to go back to have the contact fixed (after she told me on the initial visit that my contact was fine). Since then I've had severe pain when I floss on one tooth. Today the dentist claimed I was pointing out a different tooth. Then she tried to say sue never touched the tooth I was having pain in. She did an x ray and said there was nothing wrong. This was after flossing it so hard I yelled in pain. She got the manager because at this point I'm crying because I just want her to fix whatever is getting caught. The manager tried to also gaslight me saying they never did anything on the bottom on that side. I've been pointing out which tooth the whole time. I told her to tell me which tooth she did and they said the numbers. Like that helps? She then said I needed to see a specialist because she can't see anything that is causing pain. Then they tried to say I never called! I called twice, and both times I pointed out that I just wanted to get this fixed because it has been causing pain ever since the filling was done. FINALLY after crying and explaining how it DID have to do with the filling she used the filing strips (which she never used originally) to file down the lip on the filling. MAGICALLY it is fine now! I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GASLIGHT ! I knew what was wrong and what teeth she filled and that was the most awful experience I've gone through at a dentist. They will do anything to avoid owning their mistakes. I can't say this enough DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Meghan the dental hygienist was the sweetest during my cleaning, she made it a great experience even though I was very nervous! Everything was explained thoroughly and was done carefully. Dr Rumy was also very nice and made me feel much better about my situation!

Not bad, but prices for some procedures are astronomical.....also I was told I'd be given antibiotics for post extraction... had to call back for them and was told the doctor was busy and would call them in when she was done. That was after my 1045 appt. .... Still waiting..... They don't take my coverage, so the procedure I need to get dentures will cost me 24000+ dollars.....crazy!!!!

I called for an appointment and spoke with with someone from God knows where , not a receptionist who works in the building . I specifically asked to see Dr. Lee to extract a tooth . Her response was come in on this particular day . Dr. Lee is only there 1 day a month and it wasn't the day I was scheduled for and they don't extract teeth the same day as I was told Save yourself a rotten experience and go to a local small practice dentist , one who will answer the phone from the OFFICE . I was lied to and I can not tolerate that . Bad business

I continue to receive A1 treatment from the team in Johnston. They are friendly, and they get the job done right. I actually don't mind going to the dentist now!
