The staff is very nice to you and they answer your question and help you with anything this is the first dentist office that I have ever been to that is very helpful and concerned about you and you don't have to wait long till they take you back and this is why I'm glad that I got them in my Humana insurance.

I had a filling in may. Told them it was still hurting. Now it's end of October an the fastest they could get me in was December after being told by the dentist to call in the morning to get worked in since I couldn't eat have lost 40lbs! Wouldn't take a dog there

I did not have a good experience with this place. Financially, they are deceptive. They claim to have "payment plans", but what they really offer are predatory credit cards with outrageous interest rates. They will also give you an amount, claiming insurance covers the rest, have you pay upfront, then send you enormous bills for additional costs after you already paid them thousands. I understand insurance covering less than the estimate, but the way it was presented sounded as if the estimate was a definite amount. It may be legal, but it is extremely deceptive. On the dental side I can't say it's much better. The doctor is rushed, unprofessional, and frequently does things without numbing or before the numbing is in effect. I will however say that the hygienists are lovely. I had a veneer put on in May and it popped off while eating a sandwich in October. Veneers are meant to last years. Overall, I would say go somewhere else and get a loan for your work if you can't afford it upfront.

"very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable" was my original review 5 months ago .. since that time, i have had to wait all 5 months to have any fillings put in and during that 5 month wait, had an appointment to get 2 (out of 5) cavities filled cancelled without speaking to me to confirm the change, so then when i showed up for my appointment, i was simply told i did not have an appointment that day but they will be happy to fill all 5 cavities the following month (late September 2022). When I show up to that appointment, I am told I am only scheduled for 3 fillings, not 5 - by both the dentist and her assistant. So then when I convince them waiting longer than 5 months to get the worst two of my five cavities filled, is unacceptable ... the grinder the dentist uses to "trim" the bonding agent they use for the fillings manages to hit my teeth more than a few times and i am now a few days out, noticing that my teeth are literally crumbling. whats even more memorable is 5 months ago, the first time i saw this dentist, she informed me "now remember, if any more teeth up top get pulled, we can no longer give you partials and will need to pull all remaining top teeth so you can get a plate instead" ... then never schedule me for partials and do all they can to insure i do indeed lose more teeth ... presumably for their own monetary needs, perhaps? my new description? "manipulative, uncaring, and conniving" please do not ruin your teeth by going here

Awful, waited 4 months for an appt I prepaid for, then they tried to charge me $852 when I arrived. After 45 minutes waiting for them to sort it out, they agreed to only charge me 4 dollars extra (not worth arguing at that point). Then I was taken to the chair to wait while the only dentist at the practice worked on me and two or three other people at the same time. The numbing medicine didn't work despite her jabbing about six syringes into my gums, no alternative was offered, one of the fillings was incredibly painful and went on for about an hour. No advice for care was given, I was pushed out the door as quickly as possible and now 5 days later the pain in my teeth where I received the fillings is becoming unbearable. Unfortunately they close at noon on Fridays... so hopefully I can make it til Monday with no help. I don't know who to call because the idea of letting this "dentist" anywhere near my mouth again is terrifying. Stay away you deserve better.

My husband and I have both have been at this place for services and it's not a very pleasant place! The Dr. is rushing and sweating a lot! between patients who are all lined up like ?? My husband needed an adjustment to his dentures that cost us $3500 , and were still under 6 years warranty but they would not honor the warranty and he had to pay $78 to have them adjusted as we were leaving to go out of town! I believe they took advanage of our situation!! Stay away from this place!!

Info: I was a walk-in with a dental emergency, tooth abscess. I've never had an experience where they share so much knowledge on bettering your dental hygiene. I've been to dentist and they have never gave out this type of information to you! They care here! They are very detailed oriented! From the second I walked in they were beyond amazing, from the front desk receptionist all the way to the dentist and everyone in between!

The staff have all been very nice. Doc is very straightforward which I like. She gets in there and gets it done fairly quickly.

First time there. They took X-rays and the Dentist checked the teeth. So far from the receptionist, the woman who took the X-rays, the woman that checked us out were great. The dentist was incredible, super attitude, made the first visit a memorable one. She is an asset to Aspen dental!!!!!! On my next visit Teresa was great. Was very gentle when she was taking care of my gum problem. They continue to be outstanding from the front desk to Teresa, X-ray tech and of course the dentist.I forget her name but she is Asian.

Had a slight mixup to start but everything was worked out fine.Staff is very nice and friendly and very efficient .Will definitely go back.

I got my wisdom teeth out here and while the procedure was fine, the dentist lied to me in an attempt to upsell. She claimed I had a cavity that needed to be filled, she was very insistent. I've never had a cavity in my life so I immediately questioned her, and she then backed down and said "Well, it's a spot that could potentially become a cavity..." Yeah ok, all of my teeth are potential cavities. I refused the unnecessary procedure and guess what, still no cavities 3 years later. Didn't realize how messed up that was at the time so I'm posting now.

If I was you I would run as fast as I could run the biggest rip off they don't use real dentist they use people that have no earthly idea what they're doing it has been the worst experience in my entire life I really wish I would have went and got a second opinion because these people have no idea what they're doing absolutely a joke so take advice from somebody that spent a lot of money with Aspen dental run as fast as you can and find a real dentist believe me the extra money will be worth it you won't have people that's been out of school 2 weeks trying to do a procedure that leaves you in horrible pain for weeks and they do nothing the whole office in Johnson City is a joke take my advice and run

Very proffessional and very friendly atmosphere. But after my 2nd visit. Theres a problem. Ppl there are nice but i dont see how u can pull teeth from ppl and just send them out the door with no pain meds or penicillin. Like u no ppl gonna be in pain. Thats insane. Like as soon as tooth was pulled, i was sent out the door. Makes no sense. But u all make sure u get ppls money first, dont u? Thats just not right.
