From the moment I walked in Aspen the staff was very polite and courteous, they explained everything in detail so I was aware of everything that needed to be done. I would recommend Aspen dental to anyone I'm very pleased with the service.

The office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Thats the only reason I will be going to a different place for the treatment. Office manager always on break. Extremely hard to get hold of anyone.

I was very impressed with Aspen Dental! The staff was very nice, quick, and efficient and Dr. Patel was awesome. I came in for an exam and some x-rays as well as a cleaning and since the hygienist was out Dr. Patel himself cleaned my teeth for me. Will definitely return!

The dentistry is good. The office staff is horrible. Their office manager is constantly out of the office. They never return phone calls and when I called to see why they hadn't returned my calls or scheduled my appointments as they promised, the receptionist was rude. AVOID this office.

Very thorough exam. Everything was explained, I was able to know my out of pocket cost ahead of time. Every one was nice and helpful.

Amazing, and professional. Had to have a tooth pulled and I was in and out in about an hour! Great staff that had friendly service and a great place if you don't have health insurance at the moment...

They say on website NEW DENTURES* From $1,616 I paid $17000.00 And I gave a one star because you have to too. NOT HAPPY WITH MY TOP DENTURES AND FEEL CHEATED

I set up an emergency appointment for an impacted tooth. The Dentist & staff are kind, and compassionate! The prices are the most affordable in Jefferson City & surrounding area.

I was truly impressed with how friendly the staff was. I had broken one of my tooth off and I called to see if I could get in and they were able to get me in as a walk in that day. I was so happy with the care I received!

I am so thankful for such a good experience as I have been apprehensive about a "chain" dental office but after moving to the area a few weeks ago this was one of the only who took our insurance. They were able to get us in the same day for a dental emergency and Dr. Patel was amazing. It is not pediatric but my son was treated kindly by all the staff. The front desk worker is very friendly even though she's really busy as well. I want to again so how thankful I am for Dr. Patel!

I got pretty sick from them (nausea/lack of appetite and pain) because they cut my mouth with the equipment. The teeth cleaner used cinnamon teeth cleaner paste without asking me which flavor first, (the cinnamon one is the only flavor that makes me feel horrible.) And asked me about my tooth to which they said they couldn't do anything about it. So why did you ask then?? Not allergy friendly. Please do not go here.

Aspen Dental office is very modern and clean. The ladies are courteous and friendly. They printed a 2 page treatment plan the papers were very complicated and hard to read. Aspen dental could not do a root canal so they refered me to Missouri Dental Specialist In Rolla 3 hour round trip and MDS doesn't take my insurance. Aspen Dental prices are about twice what other dentist offices I called.
