My visits are normally great. But my visits with the orthodontist not so. Just had my 3rd visit there since June. Again last visit Sept. 14th. Wait 45 min, scheduled another appointment next month for same prosedure. Taking off work for these appointments and nothing done

I wouldn't go to this dental office. They lied to my fiance. He said he needed a tooth pulled. The lady told him well if they look at all your teeth the exam would be free. They look at his teeth said all his teeth needed to be pulled& he would need dentures which cost him $219 for the exam he had to schedule another appointment to get his tooth pulled at the east side location that cost him $274. Nothing was for free.

Aspen Dental in Jasper is a truly customer focused, professional and helpful dental facility. The staff is wonderful, caring, discreet and helpful. They worked me in very short notice, and helped me directly with my issue. I'm very grateful for their help, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a permanent dentist for their needs.

So now that I have been home for awhile here are my thoughts. All in all Aspen dental was pretty good they took xrays and discovered the problem very quick. They were upfront with me about everything. The prices and what all needed to be done and they took half of the cost just to do it. I have 2 months to pay the rest off. They numbed me up but before the dentist even started he tested the area unlucky for me my body wasn't having it. So we had to do alot of injections which didn't feel so great. Then he checked with me before he touched me again to make sure I felt no pain. The dentist explained what all was going on in my mouth and we talked it over then he took my tooth out. The only thing I didn't like about Aspen is the time from taking my tooth out to leaving the building felt like forever I wish I could of paid before they took the tooth out like dude I just wanna leave ...

The person I called to straighten out the insurance was rude and totally un-helpful. Refused to call new insurance company to verify my policy, said you have to provide us with the card or we can't help you. Her tone of voice was extremely condescending,

Had 2 teeth pulled on first appointment which was great. The staff was very nice and professional. Wish the pricing was a little bit cheaper but all in all it was a smooth procedure. Would recommend.

Tried to get in on Saturday for an emergency. Was told by the phone tech that I could be seen at 1pm on Sat. Drove 40 mins to get there for the office to be closed. Call corporate and reschedule for Monday only to be told they are not doing procedures until the Dr is recovered from surgery. Totally not worth the 2 drives into Jasper.

Aspen dental has treated me absolutely percent amazing. They walked me through the process of getting my denture done and what to expect. I was given the full on price which I paid in full and that was that. Every visit I was greeted kindly and then taken back to get what I needed done. AND NOT ONCE DID A SINGLE HIDDEN COST APPEAR, which I have had problems with others in the past. And I bought the comfylyte denture and I highly recommend them to anyone getting dentures. And I even had an issue with the denture and they have a great warranty and Aspen completely remade my denture and once again not a single hidden cost...TOP NOTCH 5 STAR PLACE AND EVERY EMPLOYEE IS FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. I RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL IN JASPER,INDIANA TO ANYONE NEEDING A GREAT DENTAL EXPERIENCE.

They got me in the same day and were very helpful and nice. The dentist pulled my tooth with ease and wasn't rough doing it. I definitely recommend them
