They wanted to charge $1245 after insurance for a "deep cleaning". I said I could not afford it and they said we have a payment plan. This is after the hygienist spend 30 seconds looking at my gums, they didn't even do the proper measurement method to determine my treatment. I have no issues and just wanted a basic cleaning that is included in my plan. They said they can't do that because the hygienist didn't recommend it! I had to do the full cleaning or nothing. Run away from them. They are corrupt and abusing the insurance plans. This place is so shady! I called to make an appointment as a new customer and was told that before I could get my free teeth cleaning from insurance, that was required to have an exam done. The woman quoted me the price of an exam which I agreed to, and we set the appointment. What I WAS NOT TOLD, was that dental offices are required by law to perform an x-ray on new patients. Why was I not told this when setting up my appointment as a new patient? Why was I not quoted a price for the X-ray as well? At the appointment, the X-ray was the first thing done. I can't believe that a business can get away with operating this way. ..and I understand that it's required by law, but there is not a damn thing wrong with my teeth. just wanted a cleaning done! Do. Not. Use. Aspen. Dental. The office manager is cruel and was even cruel to her staff in front of us. Something is not right in this place.

I came to Dr.Pack today because my front tooth broke and my mother passed away and her funeral is Wednesday I knew I couldn't go to her funeral like this and I wouldn't of but I can now thanks to them. The specialist that makes partials was so humbling that he made me a tooth within hours and his craftsmanship was so perfect I love my new tooth!!! Everyone at aspen dental was so kind and caring I want to thank all of You again for giving me back my peace of mind. I will indeed be a loyal customer of yours. I will never go anywhere else but to Dr. PACK my experience there was very humbling I am so glad that I found them. Went in for severe tooth ache. The staff was very pleasant and professional. They took care of what I needed and they were very very reasonable. It was my 1st experience with them and I plan to make them my regular dentist. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Pack is by far the best dentist I've ever had! His years of experience shows in his work. I had a wisdom tooth broken down to the gum line that two other dentists would not remove. They would only give me recommendations to oral surgeons who quoted more than I could afford to pay, even with insurance. Dr Pack saw me about a month after my new patient visit, and removed both my upper wisdom teeth including the broken tooth. The whole removal took less than 30 mins, and was done under local anesthetic completely pain free. I don't typically like local anesthetic because my face feels numb for hours after my appointment, but I didn't feel any numbness during or after my appointment. Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr Pack and the team at Aspen Dental. My only regret is not going there sooner.

I paid $6000.00 to get 13 teeth pulled!! Im on temporary denture # 4??? I would not recommend anyone here.

Mary cleaned my teeth and she did a fabulous job! I have a few very sensitive teeth and her expertise made it much more comfortable when she got to those teeth. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Everybody was Great! Very pleasant and kind. Wonderful staff! I was very pleased with the low prices and willingness to help with financing. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and with compassion. Kudos to the staff you all were WONDERFUL!

DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM AT ALL. I applied for a loan for the work that I needed done and was approved for 2,500. I used 1,200 of the amount I was approved for. I had my cleaning done and went to go back to get my cavities filled and they tolde I had to pay out of pocket for all of them. Why did I apply for the loan then? That should have been covered with the money from my loan? Ended up not getting my cavities filled and said screw this place. I paid off my loan A YEAR AGO and I am just now getting ANOTHER bill stating I owe them money STILL! I AM FURIOUS.

New patient to Aspen, all team members were very pleasant and informative. The transition between each member of their team was super smooth. Glad I was able to get squeezed into their schedule for a cleaning as well right after my new patient exam.
